Have you ever seen a dog run the hundred meter dash? This is Charlotte (Aust Ch Sandwoodlabs Quite The Scandal) showing that she can do everything from be a champion show dog to some very fun dog sports.
She had her first SprintDog Qld runs on the weekend and LOVED IT! Her retriever instincts came right out once the lure started moving, and her average time to run 100m was 10.05 seconds, and she get her first points towards her very first sporting title, with lots more to come.

It's been a while since I've been able to get to a show, but I ventured out with my wonderful dog show friends on the weekend and had some fun with Charlotte and Blaze.

On Sunday at the Pine Rivers show there was points and a fringie too! Very proud of my little furry crew, especially Miss Charlotte who’s maturing absolutely beautifully. She’s taken the best of both her Mum (Ch Sandwoodlabs Sparkling Goddess) and Dad (Ch Morndew Napoleon Bonaparte) and is looking gorgeous at 11 months old.

Just an FYI. :) As an ANKC Registered Breeder, there is a Code of Conduct and a strict regime of rules I follow, and health tests I have to have done on my dogs before breeding with them. If your puppy is not from an ANKC registered breeder, this doesn't happen (with sometimes very unfortunate consequences for the dog). Very proud of Miss Charlotte (Sandwoodlabs Quite The Scandal). Last weekend she took a trip with some friends to Gladstone for the shows up there and brought home some pretty ribbons!

They are honestly the only bed I've ever found that my dogs couldn't destroy. I've spent so much money on beds over the years and I finally found one that is Lab proof. Yay!! 🤣 Plus they're an Aussie company and I love supporting local businesses.

Sandwoodlabs is me continuing a 50+ year obsession with Labradors. My mum bred, showed and competed in obedience and retrieving in the 70’s and was the original Sandwood prefix. So I have a long history of having Labs in my life. I love my Labs and adore being Nanny to these beautiful babies. Getting a Sandwoodlabs baby beings you into our exclusive family where we all love our Lab fur-babies. 🥰
