Loving this CADE Reef S2 2100 setup by Cam and team at Gallery Aquatica. Fully loaded with some incredible equipment but whats really impressing us is the aesthetics. It's definitely satisfying our OCD. It's been 8 months since this video was shot. I wonder what it looks like now.

The ‘Forever Reef Project’ is a Coral conservation facility that aims to collect and protect 415 species of Coral on the Great Barrier Reef. It’s the equivalent of a seed bank for Corals that can be called upon if an extinction events ever eventuates. This incredible project operates without government assistance and is completely funded by the community and organizations. Great initiative and a very impressive setup!

It was a pleasure to cross paths with this guy last weekend at the Aquatic & Garden Asia Show in Singapore. For those that don’t know George Mavrakis he started in the industry back in 2010 as a young boy with a passion to share his experiences as a content creator on YouTube & Instagram setting up a 12g nano reef tank - CoralFish12g. 14 years on and he has turned a childhood passion into an impressive multifaceted enterprise. He travels the world filming interesting and entertaining fish and Aquarium content to share with his 1.64M followers. He also owns the incredibly popular Aquashella Expo’s in the US which sell out every year in all 3 locations. More recently he also launched his own range of cool little AIO 12g nano reef systems. There not CADE but I still like them 😬. He’s dedicated his life to promoting Aquaria and I find it refreshing that he’s in it for all the right reasons. Credit to you mate.

Like myself I doubt he knew as a young boy where his passion for Aquariums was going to take him. Dream big and dedicate your life to whatever makes you smile 😀

The very first Fragarama in Brisbane has come to a close and all I can say is wow! What a success for everyone involved. I really love smaller community events over big exhibitions, they're definitely more relaxed and personal. Based on the turnout it was obvious that the Brisbane market had been craving a frag show with tickets selling out in advance. The corals on offer were next level and certainly priced to sell.

For CADE it was the perfect event to display our new Reef X Expansion System and of course our upcoming Polycarbonate lids. The response to those was really something. Thanks to everyone that dropped by and said hello and a huge congratulations to the lucky patron who won the Reef 500 S2/N in the raffle.

Lastly, the award winning YouTube sensation Sam Parker from 'Parkers Reef' was nice enough to drop in for a chat just moments before the mayhem began. Watch below (52min mark). I'd love to hear what you guys think.
