WA Pet Project For people and their pets. WA Pet Project is an ACNC registered, not-for-profit, incorporated organisation in Western Australia.

We are 100% volunteer operated and foster-care based. This means that we all work 'real' jobs during the day and dedicate our free time to changing the lives of pets and their humans. It also means that we do not have a premises, kennels or catteries to house all our beautiful rescue animals. All of our animals live in loving foster homes throughout the Perth metro area until they are adopted by t

heir forever families. As a small group of passionate volunteers, we rely on the public to help us in a number of ways. From adopting or fostering pets to donations of pet products or money for vet bill, there is always a way you can help!

Ideally, we would love to find a Foster View To Adopt home for this little gal in order to mitigate further stress.🏡

Hazel is cat and dog social and loves a cuddle but is NOT a fan of children. 🐾

A vet trip will be a priority when she comes to town so we can get her health status assessed. She is clearly missing some teeth. 👩‍⚕️

4yo Great Dane Mack has been dropped off to a pound by his owners and we're hoping to find someone willing to foster this big lad. 🐶

Mack is strong on the lead and can be overzealous in his interactions with other dogs which can intimidate both the dog and its owner. 🐕‍🦺

On National Puppy Day, we have been alerted to 2 litters of pups which URGENTLY need care. 🐶

The mum dogs have had multiple litters and will be sterilised & returned to their owners through our Last Litter Program. 👨‍⚕️

We don't want comments on their current situation, we need people to join our team to help us help them. If you can join our foster team please complete our form.

We usually place the pups in pairs or trios initially for socialisation purposes. 1 litter are 15 weeks and staffy mixes the other are 6 week old bull Arab mastiff mixes. 🐶

We can see at least 1 pup will need medical attention for its eyes, so will need someone willing to medicate. 👀

Did you know one of our main programs is focussed on helping owners sterilise their pets so we can stop unwanted litters coming into rescue? 🐾

Our Spay It Forward Program regularly hosts Spay Day Clinics, but we organise sterilisations for approved applicants every week. 🧑‍⚕️

With HomeSafeID closing down, pet owners need to register their pet’s microchip details with another database to enable contact information to continue to be accessible by vets and rangers. 🖥
