COVID-19 UPDATE
Townsville and Surrounds 3-day Lockdown orders until 6pm Friday 2nd July.

Aussie Pooch Mobile is (currently) allowed to work (animal care is considered essential), however information is rapidly changing and we will be abiding by all orders stipulated by QLD Health.

We have Processes and Procedures to keep our Services strictly Contactless. To do this we kindly ask the following:

-Contactless payment methods are preferable, but we will handle cash with sanitary precautions;

-Your dog’s collar and lead will be replaced with ours, which will be sanitized between each service during the clean-up process;

-Our trailer, equipment and ourselves will be sanitized with appropriate disinfectants.

-We love a chat, but kindly ask you to remain inside your homes and we will catch up next visit. Please remain out of our Trailers and at least 2 metres away at all times if unavoidable.

-Your Pooch is in safe hands with us! If you feel you cannot leave your Pooch in our care for the duration of the wash, please reschedule your appointment. We can’t have anyone entering the trailer or touching the dog during the service until restrictions have been eased 😞

-It is school holidays and kids love to watch their dog having a bath. We ask they be kept inside or two metres away from the trailer until restrictions have eased.

Please note that for personal Reasons some of us may choose to stay home as we have high risk family members, but your local Operator will be in touch with you directly.
