Hi Everyone,

I have made the decision to cut down my Saturdays to fortnightly only.

This is a very back breaking and strenuous job and I am finding myself struggling to recharge my batteries. This is taking its toll on my personal health.

I will uphold my current bookings, but Saturday grooms on a schedule, conflicting with my change of roster will be pushed to the following week. (Making it in line with the weekend I will be working)

This also brings me to make the decision that all Saturday bookings will now only be for those on a regular scheduled basis. This means to secure a Saturday it must be on an even set roster (4, 6, 8 or 10 week intervals). There are extremely limited spots available, as most are already full.

I will not be taking on any new clientele for Saturdays, these spots are reserved for regular and long standing clients.

I do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but I need to consider my health and also my family life.

Unfortunately due to the truck roll over near my property, no inbound traffic is able to reach my house. Due to this all appointments have been cancelled, and any new appointment bookings will have to be placed on hold while I reschedule those affected by todays events.

I will endeavour to get those affected rescheduled as soon as possible and get back to those requesting appointments as soon as I can.

I apologise for any inconvenience.

Keep an eye open for the sign..... I will endeavour to get it up tonight, but if not it will be up by next week.
This one will be placed down the end of the driveway, Unfortunately we will have to wait for an update on what access they will be making available for my clients shortly. I have been on the phone with them AGAIN, police presence has been requested for a period of time due to people who are speeding and not taking notice of those indicating to turn into a business.

I want all my lovely clients to know that, although this is my livelihood and an important factor, the MOST important factor is your safety and I will not stop advocating for safe access for you and your fur babies!! 🥰

PLEASE READ 😊

The road works will in full force for the next 2 days. I did have a conversation with one of the representatives of the company, there will be a review tomorrow or Thursday regarding a local traffic allocation for clients to be able to access my property with greater ease.
They have acknowledged it is a bit of a pain at present, but are going to try and nut out a solution.

I apologise for the inconvenience, trust me, it is just as much of an inconvenience for me also.

At present, you should be able to do a u-turn at Sleeford place, to be able to double back to my driveway. BUT i cannot guarantee this, as it has been changing daily. This makes it awfully difficult for me to direct my clients for best access.

Alternatively, take Parade Rd up to Dalyellup and come back down Bussell highway.

Please try and allow yourself extra time for travel. In saying that, please be safe, do not rush yourself. I had a client yesterday so worried about arriving on time, she ended up in an accident ( she is ok)🥰. My MAIN concern is your safety and safe arrival of you all, I much prefer you be late, than injured!!! ❤️❤️

✨️Please consider roadworks taking place infront of my property, and allocate enough time to arrive to your appointment on time.

There has been a huge increase in people arriving late.

We work on a time slot scheduling system. Unfortunately those arriving 15 mins late will not have their appointment held but will still be responsible for the cost of the full groom.

Late arrivals have a flow on effect to everyone throughout the day.

I also ask you to remember pick up (unless previously organised with me ) is 20 to 30 mins within your ETA message.

Where as, I have always been happy to hold dogs for my clients when pre-arranged, this is a busy time of the year and space is limited.

Unfortunately, all appointments remaining for December are now summer cut only.

This means short all over or short with short syled face. All appointment slots for longer styled coats and cuts have been taken.

Please understand that long coats require, longer drying time, longer brushing time and longer sc******ng time, and due to the high demand of appointments, I cannot accommodate anymore full styled cuts until February.

I was also given the pleasure of grooming the ever so cute Bobby and Missy Cindy (and her bigger sister Martha, but she wasnt having any part of the picture taking lol)
