After receiving some feedback and reassessing our seed cake labels, specifically the “Feeding Directions” section, we need to offer some more clarity:

For best results we recommend 20g (2 scoops) for the average sized horse (1,000lbs) and 10g (1 scoop) for mini’s and ponies. During our initial feeding trials, it wasn’t until we increased the serving to 2 scoops that we started to notice any changes. For reference, here on our farm we give our big guys 2 generous scoops and our Mini Mule, Benny, gets 1 generous scoop.

These feeding direction clarifications apply to both the Black Cumin Seed Press Cake as well as the 5-Seed Press Cake.

We are genuinely sorry for not providing you with clear, understandable directions for success. If you received a sample bag of our Seed Cake and were only feeding 1 scoop and didn’t see results, please let us know. If you are excited about our product and want to try another sample at the correct dose, we are happy to send you another sample bag.

We woke up yesterday to see the season's first frost had settled on Benny, our rescued mini mule, signaling winter's approach.

As Benny enters his 4th winter with us, we feel this is a perfect time to reflect on his journey.

Born in the wild in Texas in 2016, Benny was among 50 other donkeys, mini horses, and mules bound for a feed lot until his first rescue. Tragically, this rescue landed him in a hoarding situation where many died. His next rescue led him to the PNW and , and in January 2021, we adopted him.

Initially wary of humans, we knew we needed to be patient with him and showered him with love, kindness, and lots of treats. Two tasks were paramount in those first days:

1) Removing his old halter that was too small and seemed years-worn; and

2) Beginning holistic healing through a transition to our nutrition program to address his physical needs, while the rest of our herd supported his emotional recovery.

Our Holistic Approach to Nutrition includes our specially designed herbal detox protocol and superfood supplements. Benny quickly began to improve once on the new feeding program, and as time went by, he began to thrive.

Trimming his hooves was a challenge for months as he didn’t trust anyone enough to allow a trim. But with time and patience from our wonderful farrier plus some help from our flagship product, Elite Calming Nuggets, we can now trim all 4 of his hooves regularly and without stress.

Benny's vibrant personality shines through in everything he does, and treats are definitely his sweet spot, making most tasks easier.

Today, he is an integral part of our herd, and we absolutely love having him here with us. We remain grateful we made the decision to rescue this sweet boy for the last time and look forward to many years of his silly antics❣️🐎

I was shocked when i started combing through the research and data on Canola Oil. I was so disturbed by what I found, I decided I needed to make a video series sharing what I learned. In this series I shared the history and orgin story of Canola Oil, The manufacturing process and how its created, the negative helath impacts connected to Canola Oil, Why Canola Oil is so prevelent despite the overwhelm evidence that the oil is dangerous to health and in this final episode I offer some healthier options and alternatives next time you are shopping for yourself or your pets and animals.
