My focus is the health, safety and love of all things dog! Saving one dog at a time in a happy home environment. A dog being a family member with unconditional love. A dog deserves to live his life with patience, kindness in a warm, happy, home. It’s all about relationships - building a strong bond, and Trust. Consistency, exercise and routine make up the prime ingredients for a well balanced, happy life. The little puppy you brought into your home is still there 15 or 16 years later.
Providing you with education and teaching you to train your dog before he has 'issues' is my focus. I COME TO YOU TO TEACH YOU TO TRAIN YOUR DOG. You will see results immediately. You will not need weeks of training, I work with you so you can achieve the results through consistent training & I follow up to ensure your success. Bringing you the best of my 17 years training and experience, positive reinforcement, no aversive methods used, no choke collars, no shock methods, no pulling, jerking, yelling, scolding, shaming, bullying..only practical, straight forward methods to understanding how to talk dog and live in harmony.
With International college degree training I have owned and operated my business in the USA for 10 years and belong to APDT and Animal Behavior College Alumni. With years of volunteer work in high kill shelters, rescues & created training programs for volunteers at Adoption Centers in both Los Angeles & Boston in a voluntary capacity as a way of giving back and sharing education. Now home in Australia for 7 years working in Brisbane, Bayside & Redlands and surrounds to Gold Coast & surrounding areas. I am happy to have your dog in our home for pet sitting, or visit your home to take your dog on walks, adventures, feeding during your busy work day. I offer Doggy Daycare, Vacation Care & support following vet procedures. Your dog will be enriched, fulfilled and tired when you come home, because his day has been kept in a routine and his needs have been met. 2 walks a day (depending on dog & weather), quiet time, enrichment time, independence time, play, interaction, and excursions. You will be updated with photos and videos.
Offering Walk & Train sessions. I Come To You To Walk and Train Your Dog - pulling, barking, lunging, freezing, desensitisation & counter conditioning, basic obedience to behavioral issues. Call me for your behavioral or training needs; dog walking; dog hiking; play time. All your hard work will be reinforced, so no training is lost. I am fully internationally certified, qualified, fully insured with credentials. I work alone or in tandem with only one other Trainer/Behaviorist who uses ONLY positive reinforcement methods. Member APDT and ABCDT accredited. Worked in numerous low and high kill shelters, refuges & Adoption centres in Los Angeles & Boston. Offering: Obedience; Behavioral; Puppy Training; Assistance Dog Training; Mind Dog Training prep. PTSD focussed. Dog Trainer in Brisbane, Redlands, Bayside - from Brisbane to Gold Coast and surrounding areas. A good dog is a tired dog and your dog is good!
