Ever since I have lived in in the paradise that is Violet Town I have been involved in rescue. I pay for dogs, vet care, grooming and foster care and have never (NEVER) asked for reimbursement. Today, I have decided to no longer do this. I, today have been accused of not caring for the animals in my care. Rescue has cost (at the bare minimum) $20,000. There is not a fortune to be made in dog grooming (I sincerely love my job!) and I do the very best for animals in my care (for humans and animals) but today I am incredibly upset.

With the support of Annette Guirin - Walton I will still be involved in our hospital care program but will no longer be able to support rehousing (due to aged care support, financial issues or health issues). I am shattered but sorry that it has come to this. Thanks, H, Bark n Shed

The Violet Town IGA is running a Share The Dignity run. If you are in VT and see the weird (what I thought was a Halloween puppet thingy) pink box it is collecting personal hygiene products for victims of domestic violence (both male and female) and for people experiencing homelessness. The absolutely fantastic Halloween evening in Violet Town is running again this year on November 1st. Please follow their page for upgrades. I am providing bandanna's for all your fur babies to celebrate another wonderful night for all kids (all ages) this month. Ensure you all have large buckets and your maps before the 1st!

Molly is an eleven year old Jack Russell, wire coat. I have been asked to help find her a new home, unfortunately her mother/owner has passed away. I am so incredibly proud to be involved in our hospital care programme. Administered by Annette Walton-Guerin, anyone needing care for their dogs, can contact us to find a foster carer (we have an amazing fourteen families, so far) to care for dogs whilst their Mum or Dad needs to be in Hospital. We have families from Longwood to Benalla ready to love your dogs when you need them. Please advise if you need any support or if you wish to be involved.

Hi All, this is a long shot. I have a lady, named Gueza with her dog Luna, booked in for a dog groom today. Unfortunately I don't have her contact details.
