Come August the bulk of thoroughbreds will be already at the track. This has opened up a few spots for starting your young horse under saddle.

These two nice fillies owned by Sarah Hanslow have just finished being backed. They will go back to paddock to mature further before they finish their breaking in.

Waratah Showjumping warm-up weekend 💙🌴

Client Abi took the Win in the 90cm on Friday on Shiraz🥇

Charlie & Coppabella Dazzle started in their first 90cm finishing in 8th. Bonita having an unlucky rail finishing 10th.

Jo Mae placing 6th in the Adult Special two phase 75cm on Blue Gum Rudy, followed closely in 7th was Charlie and Coppabella Dazzle. 🦄

Jo Mae & Ruben started in the indoor 120cm preparing for the Bronze series at tamwroth.

Sunday was ribbons Galore for the Blue Gum team. 🥂

Kaden took the ride on Hayden’s horse Johnny. Finishing 3rd. 🥉

Blue Gum Rudy had his first start in the indoor in the 75cm Adult class placing 2nd. 🥈

Abi Fuggle placing 3rd in the TSHA 1m Cass. 🥉

Charlie & Bell Haven Cordino placing 5th in the 110cm Open. 🎖️

Kaden & Belcam Cacia placing 3rd in the 120 cm open. 🥉

Kaden also started Celeste in her first 110 for a beautiful round. 💗

JNSW Winter Showjumping Classic 💙🌴

Mr Purvis was on duty for JNSW winter showjumping with Blue Gums favourite residents Max & Choco.

Charlie jumping a beautiful clear round in the 90cm on Bonita owned by Annabelle Warren, Fiona Todd and Blue Gum.

Copabella voodoo also produced a lovely clear round in the 90cm. Owned by Lesley hargreaves and JD Lynch.

Charlie and Kaden battled out the super two phase 1m on their own mounts, Bellhaven Coridno & KPH Celeste coming in 7th and 8th place. (Celeste owned by the Weaver Family)

Kaden and Belcam Cacia owned by Cody Rawson - Harris showed their scope in the 110cm.

Jo Mae and Blue Gum Rudy had a sensational clear round in 90cm and a great first 1m

She also jumped a great 110cm on Snowy river Rubix Cube.

We are also very proud of Abigail Fuggle and her newest mount Shiraz 🍷 for having a super first show.

All horses feeling and looking fantastic and excited for the next couple of big weekends!

Stonewall July Showjumping Recap ☀️💙

The Blue Gum team had a fantastic weekend at Stonewall over the weekend. A full truck, and a solid effort from all.

Kaden Weaver had a wonderful Saturday, for 8 rounds with no faults.

Belcam Cacia, owned by Cody Rawson-Harris stepped up and jumped clear around the 110's, and jumped beautiful in her first 120cm.

KPH Celeste, owned by the Weaver Family (Judi Weaver & Gail Jeltes) jumped super all weekend bringing home a 6th place. We couldn’t be happier with how this young mare is coming along. 🏅

Copabella Voodoo, owned by Lesley Hargreaves & JD Lynch, also jumped super stepping up in the 1m in the main ring for a lovely round.

Blue Gum Rudy, owned by Blue Gum performance, is a 4yo who is taking everything in his stride. He stepped up to the 80 - 90 for lovely rounds. This young horse will be coming to the market soon.

Jo Mae had a Catch ride on Rudy in the 80 & 90 on Sunday and she is looking forward to taking him to the next few shows.

Her and her own mount Snowy River Rubix Cube also jumped their best 120cm to date!

Charlie Brister had a great 2 days showcasing some of the younger horses.

Bonita, owned by Blue Gum Performance Annabelle Warren & Fiona Todd jumped clear around her first 90cm.

Ophesia, owned by Jonothan MacDonald. Came to Blue Gum, to gain more exposure at a show environment. Placing 3rd in the 80cm & 4th in the 90cm! 🏅

Copabella Dazzle owned by Lesley Hargreaves, had his first competition, he took it all in his stride and produced a lovely clear 80cm round. Dazzle will also be coming to the market soon.
