“I’m loving my life with my foster family and their all their other doggo’s, but it’s time for me to find my forever place in the world. 🌍 🥹

My foster carers call me smoochy, cuddly, quirky, smart & obedient.

I love people, I'm so excited for everyone to pat me! My carers go away for full time work & I'm totally blasé about it with my 2 doggie pals next to me.

My foster carers tell me I'm a special "blue fawn" colour which is apparently quite rare.

Senior Sunday | Hero, 9 years, 2 months 💛

"9 years young, and I still love my toys!"

Gentle and unbothered 😎, this gentleman would benefit from a relaxed life in the slow lane.
He is making good progress at the adoption centre and adjusting to the daily training activities like a champ! 🏆

Hero is winning over the hearts of everyone at the centre. He enjoys human company and will boop you gently for more pats—please!

He walks beautifully on a loose leash at a nice, slow pace. Hero would make a great flatmate too, suited to apartment living—preferably with a courtyard 🏡.

Senior Sunday | Hope, 12 years, 5 months 💛

You're never too old to learn—and our sweet senior Hope is proof of that! She completed an eight-week training program, mastering touch, recall, "paws up," and other fun behaviours.

This loyal lady adores her treats and delights in playtime in her shell pool. She's a joy to watch as she happily splashes around!

✨ Happy Adopter Tails | Suzanne & Chalkie, Princes LuLu and Bowie 🐾

“The Bondi community loves it when the four of us go for our daily strolls to the beach. 🏖️

First came Chalkie, then Princess Lulu, and Bowie (formerly Old Boy) is the third child, I didn’t expect to have! 🥺

He was a foster, and I simply couldn’t part with this beautiful boy! All three are seniors. They are just so easy as pets, each with very different personalities, which brings much joy everyday.

My heart will be full tomorrow on Valentine’s Day with these 3 loves! ❤️

Foster Care Friyay 🎉 | Janelle, 4 years old

This looks like a "Happy Friday" to us! Thanks to Janelle's carers for this wonderful photo.

Janelle is doing very well in care with a delighted 5-year-old, the resident cat, a mini Groodle, and a playful kelpie puppy!

She has now spent some time inside, where she likes to lie on the carpet and enjoys couch time.

She also enjoys her daily walks 🚶‍♀️ and has integrated well with all the other retired greyhounds she's lived with. 🐕

Janelle is a calm and easy-going girl who would make a wonderful pet for most households. 🧡

✨Happy Adopter Tails | Phoenix, Claire & Dean ✨🐾

“Phoenix is doing really well with us. He's our sweet baby boy and is enjoying a life being adopted by two fellow couch potatoes. In fact, we took him camping with us recently, while he did not appreciate being separated from his comfy bed, he found solace swimming in the freshwater creeks and snuggling up on the air mattress.

Phoenix loves swimming, which we did not expect from him, but have so much fun with.

He can usually find a way to nestle in close to us wherever we are in the house and rest his head on our laps, it's very cute.

He has made very good friends with our neighbours 7-year-old son and they both get very excited to see each other when he passes our door.

He has started approaching people in public because he knows 9 times out of 10, he'll get a little pat and a scratch. He loves people.

Phoenix has been an excellent addition to our little family, we've absolutely fallen in love with him.

We feel so lucky to have him in our lives and are determined to give him the best life possible, because he deserves it”.

Senior Sunday | Harrietta 9 yrs Harrietta is a country girl with city dreams! Currently in foster as an outside dog, this girl longs to be an inside greyhound.

We're told she a joyful, character and with a cheeky glint in her eye, regularly waits for her chance - to slip into the house...to lie in front of the TV!

She is a very friendly senior who is great with the visiting (4 yrs+) grandkids with her loving personality.
