Wylla is an affectionate girl. She has been an amazing mum and is now looking for her forever home. She has very unusual colouring which is stunning. She loves being around humans and is there to greet you when you get home. She gives loving little head butts and rubs against you every chance she gets. She is amazing company and is a perfect companion for someone on their own as she loves a good chat with you and loves to remind you that she wants attention but will also fit into a house with more than one human who can lavish her with cuddles. She is still a playful girl and loves her toys but also loves sitting in the sun on a window sill or cat tree. She gets on with other cats given a little time. Wylla has been around a dog and loves a sneeky little rub against him. She is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and vet checked. Wylla is currently housed in Goulburn.

Update on Bobby and his brother Billy. Bobby spent a couple of days in the vet hospital on IV fluids and is starting to regain weight in his foster home. Billy had some mild GI upset, but didn't get very ill. They are both on probiotics and being isolated from other dogs until they fully recover, and then we will seek adoption. Thank you to everyone who donated.

Saint

This gorgeous little kitty was born pectus excavatuim, a condition in which the breastbone sinks into the chest. Luckily his foster carer noticed something wasn’t right and took little Saint to the vet. Dr Brooke at Goulburn Veterinary Clinic determined Saint needed urgent corrective surgery which involved sewing his cartilage to a special corset to get his rib cage growing the right way.

Saints is recovering well from his surgery.

As you know surgery does cost and you have capability to donate to Saint’s vet bill it would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Bobby, the smaller of the 2 puppies we collected last week from a pound, wouldn't eat his breakfast this morning. Positive Parvo test explains why, and we've admitted him to the vet hospital. We caught it early, and we vaccinated him as soon as we got him last week, so he has a chance at survival. Please contribute to his vet bill if you can. Acct info in comments.

Muffin is a stunning young lady who came into care with her sister after being surrendered at a local vet. She was in a very stressed state and not a happy girl. This gorgeous 1 year old is now loving life in her foster home and has become an affectionate little poppet. She is the perfect companion and loves to be with her humans. She will greet you at the door when you come home and is a chatterbox and will have a conversation with you. She is a super smooch. Muffin will also greet visitors, looking for pats from everyone. She is still a kitten at heart and loves her tunnel and toys. She loves a snuggly bed and enjoys climbing to the top of her tower to look out the window or bask in the sun. Muffin loves a lap to curl up on and will make bikkies on just about anything. Head bops, kisses and pats are a must. Muffin would thrive in a one cat house but with time would be ok with other cats and she loves the resident dog. If you think that you could be Muffin's forever family and shower her with the attention and love she has not had but deserves, please apply. Muffin comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and flea treated and vet checked. She is currently housed in Goulburn.

**URGENT APPEAL FOR INFORMATION**

RSPCA ACT Inspectors are appealing for information or witnesses after recent incidents of cruelty to cats in the Charnwood area of the ACT.

We have been made aware of cats who’ve had their testicles bound tightly at the base with rubber bands, with one cat arriving at our Shelter in late August.

Another cat with similar injuries was brought into a local vet on Monday the 9th of September.

NOT READY FOR ADOPTION.

These gorgeous babies were born 4 weeks ago, their beautiful mummy was abandoned pregnant. We know she must’ve been loved at one point because she is super sweet and loving. No more babies and we will find her and her babies their forever loving homes.

ADOPTION READY

Rare Opportunity Opie is a stunning 9 and half year old Silver Speckled Bengal who has had a very loving life. He has sadly come into our care as his owner has fallen ill and can no longer give him everything he needs. They want nothing more than Opie to be loved and have the best home for the rest of his life, being an only cat and having all the attention to himself. Opie has so much love to give, he wants to be with you 24/7 whether that is getting you to play with his toys with him or having a good cuddle in bed or on the lounge, Opie is never far away from his foster humans and will follow them all over the house to be close with them. He is a very vocal boy and chatters all the time small little chattery cherps and big meows when he wants to know where you are. Bengals are a very vocal breed of cat.
Opie does not do well with other cats and would need to go to a home where he is the only one. He tolerates dogs but is very cautious of them. Being a Bengal, Opie needs to go to a home with some experience and patience. You may see the wild cat side appear occasionally as this is only part of his breed and natural instincts.
