Nicole teaches with a sympathetic and kind approach to both horses and riders while still achieving results. Her methods are strongly based on the training scale and the result is producing soft, supple and rideable horses.
Nicole has spent quality time training in USA with Steffan Peters, on her previous Grand Prix horse Jaybee Anzac. More recently travelling back and forth to Germany riding the beautiful Jaybee Ryana and training with Lientje Schueler.
Nicole has also worked alongside Jonah Oliver ( leading sports psychologist) allowing her to share great techniques for people who struggle with nerves both riding at home and out at competitions.
Nicole has an obvious love for coaching and promotes an inclusive community spirit amongst her students so you can be part of a team.

The INDOOR ARENA is a Olympic size 60m x 20m, incorporating imported surface Soiltex. Undercover saddle up / wash bays with hot wash and LED lighting are situated inside this complex, as well as tack rooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities.
The OUTDOOR ARENA is a huge 80m x 40m, incorporating imported surface Soiltex. This arena is floodlit and a full course of show jumps are available to use.
The HORSE GYM TREADMILL offers a great addition to any conditioning program, as well as being a superior rehabilitation technique.
The ROUND YARD is a 20m diameter riversand arena - a great place to work with green horses.
Randall Park provides safe accommodation with elastic high visibility wire fencing, automatic waterers and paddock shelters.
Our PADDOCKS are regularly rotated, rested and we have a diligent w**d management program.
UNDERCOVER SADDLE UP / WASH BAYS offer riders a convenient are to care for and prepare their horse for work. With two hot wash bays, there's no letting you horse go cold while you are waiting in line.

A dear friend & young mother with a beautiful 5 year old boy, is facing her toughest battle yet with metastatic cancer. For the month of May I'm renewing my Equine Myotherapy skills to service the Pakenham to Trafalgar area. My aim is to raise $1000. I'm a qualified Equine Myofunctional therapist each horse is $100 and if you want to make a donation on top of that it would be greatly appreciated. This beautiful lady has dedicated her life to horses, her son and others. She's selfless even when battling this hideous disease. Randall Park is currently seeking a permanent part time employee. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who has a passion for horses to help with the day to day tasks involved in running the equestrian centre and caring for our horses at the following times:

Monday 8am - 11am
Thursday 8am - 11am

More shifts may be available to the right person in time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

- caring for our private horses (feeding, rug changes, general health checks, cleaning yards/stables, etc)

- grooming, including bandaging, hosing down

- tread milling horses

- ensuring everything is kept in working order, neat, clean and tidy, putting away gear, sweeping grooming areas, emptying wheelbarrows, harrowing paddocks, etc.

- watering and grooming arenas

- checking over the property, advising of any broken fences / water troughs / fallen trees / health issues of client horses etc

Skills / Experience Required:
Experience and confidence in handling and caring for horses, including young horses
Proven experience working unsupervised
Very high level of motivation and initiative
Quality customer service skills
Highly organised, attention to detail
Honest, trustworthy and reliable

Tasks include:
Feeding horses
Changing rugs
Operating ATV
Harrowing arenas and paddocks
Cleaning stables and yards including sweeping, emptying wheelbarrows
Grooming horses in work (bandaging, saddling, hosing)
Routine care of horses such as drenching
Cleaning gear
Washing horses
Plaiting and bandaging to a high standard
Cleaning/tidying
