TURN UP THE VOLUME!
Listen to this sweetheart's motor ๐ฅฐ Smoochy, playful and super cute. Being that little older makes it much harder to find a forever home but this little guy will make someone very happy. We also have a black female available.
Please share and call the clinic if you would like to meet him or would like more information ๐
Teddy in training!
School holiday fun! We are a family friendly clinic at WGVC so during school holidays we often have little helpers in the form of our team members kids. Jade made the most of her time at the clinic teaching Teddy to hurdle! So much fun! :)
Smooching
We need your help! This young putty cat is really coming out of her shell. She doesn't like to be picked up but is more than happy to have a pat and a smooch (if you turn up your volume you may hear her purring) . We would love her to find her forever home before Christmas!
It is a hard time of year for adult cats to find homes because of the abundance of kittens available, so they need all the help they can get. Please share like crazy to help us help her.
We have 4 lovely kittens available for adoption at our Warragul clinic. Our adoption fee includes a vet check, microchip, first vaccination, worming, and flea treatment. The kittens also come with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
Come in and have a play and a cuddle and see if one of these kittens are right for you.
SNAKES IN MAY!
This is Leo. He is giving himself a little tidy up before going home after a week in hospital.
Leo is a beautiful 9 month old boy who was brought to the clinic very weak and barely able to stand.
Blood tests showed that he had been bitten by a snake. Snake bite in cats causes paralysis and severe muscle damage. Cats that survive generally require a lot of nursing care to recover. Leo could not blink and was too weak to eat or drink. As well as supporting his system with intravenous fluids and managing his pain, frequent application of eye cream was require to keep his eyes moist. He initially needed to be syringe and hand fed until he was strong enough to eat by himself.
As you can see from the video he is now on the mend and has returned home to continue his recovery, which will take at least another 4-6 weeks. Hopefully he stays away from snakes in the future!
