Tape is a wonderful application that can be used for recovery and helping blood vessels open up, allowing for an increase in circulation which helps muscles recover from working even quicker!

Added bonus —> Tape is able to be applied anywhere on the body too! Horse struggling to flex through its poll and neck? Tape it. Need more support in its back and hind end while training for a comp? Tape it.
And a bonus bonus? You can still ride/work with the tape applied!

The right side shows the crazy amount of circulation and increased vascularity right after the removal of the tape vs the left side that did not have any tape.

Increased circulation is crucial to healing as it carries blood throughout the body, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the body tissues and taking away tissue waste and toxins.

I also offer rehab programs, stretches for the client (both during their session and for at home) and support to owners of it’s needed in between sessions

Just a quick recap for clients and new followers ☺️
Some of you may know that when I first started massaging I was based in Warrnambool, due to life changes I ended up moving to Melbourne.

Hi there!

I thought I should actually do a little “Who Am I?” So that people actually know who runs this small business ☺️

My name is Nikita and I’ve been obsessed with horses and dogs since I was a little girl.
I grew up with a Rottie named “Snoop” and owned my first dog “Tess” when I was in second grade.
I had my first riding lesson at the age of 5 and got my first pony “Janie” in 2009.

I started studying massage therapy for dogs and horses because I wanted to look after my girls as best as possible due to them getting older in age and also help others look after their dogs and/or horses as well!

I used to ride trackwork for a living in Warrnambool before packing up and moving to Melbourne but I still do regular runs to the South West to see my clients ☺️

I even spent ~18months over in Canada, where I spent part of it at a small riding school before spending a season at Woodbine Race Track where I worked for Roger Attfield.

I love travelling, hanging out with my dog, my horses, eating, or trying to find a good book - just to name a few things ☺️
