Hi I'm the owner of I Care Rescue, Warwick.

We take in any guinea pigs, sick, healthy, small, big, male, female or pregnant for anyone who is wanting to surrender their guinea pigs due to change of circumstances or just can no longer look after them. Surrendering is free and pick up can be arranged. Please know that once a surrender is made paper work will need to be signed prior to leaving your beautiful babies at the rescue. You'll have a 3day cooling off period if you change your mind as long as they were not surrendered due to their safety or health.

You're babies will be very loved and looked after here and will be vet checked by our local vet we use. If you'd like to surrender or know anyone who would like to please don't hesitate to message the page.

I have got a fair bit to learn still In regards to how to run a rescue etc however I am learning each and everyday and appreciate anyone who has information or advice in regards to rescue rules etc for me to help benefit not only the Cavies in care but my rescue also😊😊

Please don’t be nasty or talk down to me if you believe I’m doing something wrong in regards to something, it’s not nice when all I’m trying to achieve is what everyone else in this industry is trying to achieve and that’s to show these beautiful animals the love and attention we know they all deserve! I have the biggest heart and it hurts when I feel like I’m getting knocked down constantly. Im learning and reading every day to help my rescue grow. So please give me a chance ! And help me be the rescuer these babies deserve and need!🥰

Is anyone wanting to adopt any males I have 6 up for adoption. All vet checks have been completed yesturday and Friday, and they are ready to go to their forever homes. Adoption fee is $20. Let me know if interested in any of our boys.

Lenny and Teddy are a bonded pair and need to stay together.
Sweet potato is desexed and very calm, gets along with males and females.

Lenny and Teddy got surrendered to us today by their owner who had a very sad heart. They are a bonded pair and very very friendly🥰 they will be up for adoption as a pair only in the coming weeks once vet checks etc are completed.

Today I Care Rescue got their very first surrenders! 4 sows and 1 desexed boar. 2 sows (black and brown & the black) came from the one home where their owners left them at a property when they moved. And the other 2 sows and boar were from the same home.

Vet checks to be done and nails to be clipped. Females who came with the boar will be in pregnancy watch just in case.

If you have any unwanted cavies who need a loving home to go to or you just found out your female is pregnant and can’t look after her please message or ring I Care Rescue. I house males and females. Any age. FREE TO SURRENDER. However if you have any cages or hutches and you can surrender them also to help house the many of Cavies coming in it will be very appreciated.
