📃 Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail to support our day-to-day operations. The receptionist will work closely with our administrative team and technicians to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Provide general information about our electrical services to potential clients.
• Maintain office organization, including filing, document management, and office supplies.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data & job entry, emails & banking, processing payments.
• Using our systems such as Xero & Tradify (training provided).
• Spare parts ordering & researching prices from suppliers.
• Support electricians and the management team with daily administrative tasks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment.
🔎 Requirements (preferred but not essential):
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role (experience in the trade field is plus).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with office programs.
• Knowledge of scheduling software or appointment management tools.
• Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Friendly & professional demeanour.
