Southern Downs Rugs and Repairs provides a specialized rug repair and rug washing service as well as offering custom made rugs and accessories. We have gained comprehensive experience in the horse industry over the past 15 years, throughout QLD and NSW, and our aim is to cater to ALL facets of the horse industry, not just one sector. After being part of the horse world for so long, and meeting peo

ple from all disciplines, we feel we have the fundamental know-how to work with you to accommodate all of your specific needs. All rugs are repaired with high quality materials and UV stabilized fittings and threads. Rugs are washed in a specialized rug wash, specifically designed for horse rugs, which protects the water-proofing materials and helps maintain breathability. These products are plant based with no harmful chemicals, protecting both your horse and the environment. We are happy to take bulk and specialized orders and will do our absolute best to fulfil your specific requirements, with a focus on customer satisfaction. WHO OWNES THESE RUGS??

They were dropped off at the Aquabird in the last week or so not in a bag, no name and hasn’t contacted me.

Please can everyone remember that all rugs must be in a bag with your name and phone number either on the bag, in the bag or on the rugs.
Feed bags or a proper bag are preferred as plastic bags generally have to be ripped open to get them out.

Weatherbeeta 6’0 heavy Synthetic Combo brown and orange

It was dropped off about a week or 2 ago to be washed and repaired.
I spoke to the lady on the phone but didn’t save her number and when it was dropped off it didn’t have a name or phone number with it.

So I’m a few days late but better late then never.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎉😂🐴

2022 is over and 2023 is here. I’m not sure about everyone else but I have know idea where the last 12 months have gone, but 2023 is here now and ready to make the most of it.

I would like to thank all of our customers new and old for their support over the past year, without your support my little business wouldn’t still be going.
Owning your own business definitely has its highs and lows but can be very rewarding and I love doing what I do.

This year we are coming up to our 6th year in business. What I have learnt and the people I have meet has been amazing, so thank for making it a pleasurable journey.

Between working, family and the business it hasn’t left much time for my horses so this year my resolution is to get back in the saddle and out and about again.

I hope everyone has a great year.
