Welcome to Fernbank Farm
Fernbank Farm has evolved out of the love for our four legged equine friends and partners and we are excited to share this love with others who don’t get the chance or opportunity to spend time with them and for our little people who love ponies and would like to learn and be up close and personal with them. Playgroups, School Excursions and Horses Helping Humans Program

Fernbank Farm is located at Wattle Flat on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula south of Adelaide, our farm is just that a Hobby Farm and our home so not a commercial property in any way. We have Horses of all sizes, cows, dogs, cats, chickens, galah’s and a dove (rescued from accidents). Fernbank Farm has some lovely spots to sit and relax while your little one’s are enjoying their time with the ponies. We really provide a true and exciting Farm experience for children and adults alike. We also offer visits to anyone with special needs which will provide a memorable, therapeutic time that can assist in their daily life experiences. Learning how to care for animals is a very rewarding experience for children. Mothers clubs, Preschool groups, Play groups and Seniors / Respite Groups are welcome by appointment or we can come to you
We can offer a special time out for everyone to enjoy an interaction with our miniatures. Contact us about what you're after, and will see what we can do to make it happen. School Holidays are very popular with Mum's and Grandparents looking to do something special with their little ones.

Looking for something to do this Friday Night the 27th ? Chilli, Dara, Stiles, Joy and Crusier are heading down to the Band Dance show at the Yankalilla Area School. It is going to be a fantastic event with so much to do the minis are looking forward to doing some fun things and meeting with new friends and Cursier our Barbie pony loves lots of pats and having his photo taken. Come along!! It’s FREE 🩵 we would love to catch up with our Fernbankfarm Farm friends 🐎

Just got home after a couple of days at the vet hospital all well and strong again. The hot weather on Thursday and some fluid on his lungs saw him go down hill very fast. But in the hands of our wonderful vet Melissa from Summit Vets and her amazing nurse Eva he is fighting fit again. 💙🐎

Had a lovely fun filled morning with my cousin Jodie & family from WA as well as her friends from My McLaren Vale SA. Knox was a true gentleman as usual and of cause all the minis did themselves proud again love my little team 💙💜 🐎

Riley stepped up and did his first Mini Fun Times on his own today. And our Mini Fun Times friend stepped up and rearranged the obstacle course for something different. Love when kids bring out their imagination, while doing the Fun Times course 💙🐎
