I have been doing a lot of research and also using aromatherapy on my own dogs with some great success..... I have also been using it with my children and family... I am wondering how much interest there would be if I held an inoformation session on the best ways to use oils for both animals and the family :)

Had a visit to the beautiful Kahoo ( gsp) tonight. .. it is so gratifying when after only 3 treatments a young dog that was in pain and nervous and not sure about massage is now he is moving properly and happy to relax for treatment. .... i love being able to help these wonderful dogs :)

I'm super excited I have started putting together some aromatherapy blends for the beautiful furr kids... and they are able to also be used on humans so they are currently out being tested and so far I have had some great feedback...... :) If you have a furr kid with a condition please contact me and I would love to give you something to test... I am also in the middle of some fantastic shampoo and conditioner blends to help with some relaxation and specific conditions :)

with all of my ongoing studies into natural therapies I have been learning so much and I was lucky enough to catch up with a wonderful lady who introduced me to the world of Aromatherapy for Animals . Aromatherapy is something I have always done in my house but not on this level. I have am now truly learning to magic of true essential oils, from anxiety in pets to car sickness to immune boosting, to flea control the possibilities are endless and this has all lead me to start creating my own blends as well as products for dogs. I will also be using aromatherapy to complement my myotherapy. If you have a furr baby with a specific problem or something you would be interested in trying please don't hesitate to contact me and the oils I use are therapeutic grade and some can be used internally like frankincense ( the wise men were onto something there )...... Treating as naturally as possible is so much better in the long run for you and your pet :)

I thank all of my wonderful clients and friends for getting my name out there it has been wonderful treating some new furr treasures....

It is also terrible to hear of stories were dogs have been injured in the past being treated by other so called professionals. I urge everyone who is looking to get there animals treated to please check that these people are either qualified or have done some sort of "apprenticeship" to learn what they are doing. Sometimes our love of our furr babies is prayed upon by others thinking they can make a quick buck. Also please never have a dog undergo a full re-alignment or massage before going out there and showing or what ever discipline they are doing as this can also lead to problems they need to be rested after treatment... A warm up treatment is different to a full treatment .... If anyone has any ideas for shows they would like to see me present at please let me know and I will see what I can do.

Happy new year to all of our wonderful clients.... 2016 will see paws n effect hitting the ground running... we are hoping to start offering treatments at shows and will be taking bookings for a mobile service from the 11th of jan so if you would like to get in early and book just send me a pm :)

Paws n Effect will be operating from the start of 2016. We will be offering both a mobile service and a fixed service ..... We will also be offering services at shows .....

***Please note I will not perform a full massage on a dog that is still competing in a show for the same day as the muscles risk injury if worked to soon after treatment I will offer a warm up massage and happy to treat animals that have finished competing....
