We have observed a recent resurgence in Canine Parvovirus (CPV) cases in our local areas over the past month. In Australia, 41% of the 20,000 reported CPV cases have resulted in fatalities. To help protect your dog, we strongly encourage all pet owners to ensure their pets are up-to-date on vaccinations, as this is the most effective way to prevent or reduce the severity of CPV.

Hey everyone, just a heads-up! A frequent park visitor had a close call with an Eastern Brown snake while walking her dog on the trails outside Shale Hills Dog Park this morning. The snake suddenly appeared from the grass as her dog was sniffing around.

With snake season upon us, please be extra cautious if you're walking through the trails, especially with your dogs.
