I would like to send a big shout out to all my amazing clients!! Over the past couple of months I have had to cancel and reschedule appointments far too much. After the events that took place in December I virtually had to start from scratch, I had no permanent groomers, so took advantage of some lovely groomers who offered to help out. I also had some on trial that didn’t work out . These other groomers had their own businesses so many times they had to pull out at last minute to keep their own business afloat. This unfortunately impacted myself and all of you . This week I had bookings today and tomorrow and found out last night that the groomer was sick, again I had to cancel and reschedule as I didn’t have a backup groomer to step in. If you have had an appointment cancelled over the last couple of weeks, I am offering 50% off your next groom, just remind the girls when dropping off. The good news is that I have found two amazing groomers that will fit into our establishment perfectly. They are patient , very skilled and reliable. They will be handing their notice in today to their workplaces and will start with me over the next couple of weeks. If you would like to make an appointment online, next week, I only have Monday available and the week after Monday and Thursday, so please get in quick to grab one of these appointments. After this we should be working most days and we have a backup groomer as well so there shouldn’t be any cancellations or scheduling from then on.Thankyou 🙏❤️🐶
