South Australian pet owners please be aware!

The Dog and Cat Management Board has advised of an email scam currently circulating advising pet owners their animal's microchip has expired and is unregistered. The scam is asking owners to pay a $28 fee to update their animal's registration.

Please be aware this is a scam and is not an official email from Dogs and Cats Online.

DO NOT click on any links and DO NOT provide any personal information or credit card details. If you have any concerns, please contact the Dog and Cat Management Board.

A big congratulations to our puppy pre-school graduates of August 2024!

Meet Regina, Lucifer, Pita, Odie & Ruby!

Dani and Shanaya are bursting with pride as they celebrated their latest group of puppy pre-school graduates!

These amazing 4-legged, wiggly and tail wagging learners have mastered the basics, made new friends and most of all have had so much fun along the way!

From sitting to staying, and to socializing like pros, these pups are well on their way to becoming well-mannered members of their new families!

A big thank you to their dedicated human parents who helped make this experience pawsome!

Hey fur-iends! It’s me, Luna the black Labrador! I wanted to share some exciting news about my weight loss journey and hopefully inspire some of my fellow pups out there!

I remember a couple of months ago when I thought that every treat and crumb was my best friend! I was eating 2 meals of wet/dry food and a number of treats such as cheese slices, dental sticks and ear chews. They were so yummy, until…

My humans decided it was time for a change! I visited Dr Tony from Gawler Veterinary Services in October 2023 for a consult because I was limping on my hind-legs. But… I was advised to go on a weight loss diet to help me out!
With a little help from my paw-some family, we’re focusing on a healthy diet and treats (hello, veggies and goodbye cheese slices!).

My new diet from my owners now consists of a handful of light dry food, chopped vegetables and a ¼ can of wet food twice a day.
Additionally, no dog can go without a treat and so I occasionally get a dental stick and a few dried sweet potato ears whenever I am a sweet angel!

I have adhered to my newly favourite diet for 10 months now and have lost approximately 14kgs! I am feeling more energetic, and my tail is wagging like never before! Plus, I can't wait to show off my “fitter” self at the dog park or when I walk down the streets!

My paw-some family are super proud of me as much as I know Dr Tony is too!
So here’s to all my doggo pals: remember, it’s not just about losing weight but about feeling great and having fun!

If I can do it, so can you! Let’s chase those healthy goals together! 🐾❤️

Over the past 4 weeks, Dani and Shanaya have been busy on Monday nights these 4 amazing intelligent pups!

Blaze, Charlie, Winston and Rana! 🐶

In these weeks the girls have taught not only the pups but their owners a variety of new things. Such as positive training, toxins and diet and of course socialisation!

Dani and Shanaya have enjoyed watching each pup grow, especially Blaze who was particularly shy of the other pups but learnt by week 2 that it was okay to be friends!!

The next round of puppy preschool starts on Monday the 12th of August, if you have an new family member and are up for this fun and exciting challenge give us a call on 85222 055
