Poly Cotton Ripstop Fabric is 70% Cotton / 30% Poly.
Why is the Poly added?
Cotton alone will not withstand the turnout conditions, it wicks moisture keeping your horse wet and damp.
100% Cotton is used for show rugs where the higher level of strength is not required.
Poly is stronger giving the fabric its ripstop ability, it is mould resistant and will repel water
Love my Horse poly cotton rugs and combos are water repelent and will keep your horse dry in light showers.
It is a highly breathable fabric, and hard wearing.

I use these on all my horses and they outlast many other brands of the lighter grade cotton rugs i have tried. With Sursingles and a great chest fit, they never shift or rub.

Hybrids are another geat option, firstly they look amazing :)
The Dura Mesh Fabric used in the inserts is an extremely strong 410gsm weave mesh, greater breathability and much stronger than the softer mesh fabric.
The idea of the Hybrids is to provide extra airflow under and around your horse. keeping them cooler on the hottest days.

Using either style under other rugs will keep your horses and rugs cleaner and will increase airflow to assist with temperature control.
