Good morning - a quick reminder about our cancellation policy.
Like many other small businesses, absorbing on going losses due to last minute cancellations or no shows has a huge effect on our business.
Our booking system sends a confirmation at the time of making an appointment and a reminder 2 days before the appointment to ensure people are aware and organised.

Our cancellation policy is 50% of the grooming fee within 24 hours of the appointment and the full fee within 2 hours / no show.

Hi everyone!
Just a little update on our opening hours and vacancies.
We have been inundated with beautiful new clients. We are so happy! Our books are busting fulll now with absolutely no vacancies at all until July and we are saving those times for our exisiting clients.
Having said that, it’s a wrap now for new bookings! Thanks for the overwhelming response and we now look forward to looking after our regular and new clients on a regular basis. We pride ourselves in being able to provide our beautiful cleints with consistent service and guaranteed booking times.

I’m a little late on the Xmas post, it’s been a hectic couple of weeks!
Sending best wishes for safe keeping, love and care over the festive season. We are so blessed to have each and everyone one of you as our clients. We have friends who are clients and clients who become dear friends. We adore our grooming community - with our common love for our fur babies who are family.

Hello our lovely clients!
We have lots of lovely new pups on our books and now is the time to go over some essential house keeping rules for our salon 😁

We love nothing more than seeing happy pups run excitedly into our salon, we do however require that all arrivals and departures are on lead. This is a safety issue - we live and operate on an equestrian property and some pups have never seen a horse before. Sometimes our horses are being tended too outside the salon. Our horses are extremely valuable and we can’t risk injury to one of our horses or your pup if they decide to investigate the horses 🐴
Please drive/park/ reverse only on the driveway areas. There is plenty of room to navigate. We have spent some time patching up our lawned area that has been driven on during wet conditions .

The gate to the salon must be closed AT ALL TIMES. We have fun, sociable pups playing in the salon and can’t risk anyone running out the gate. If in doubt, please wait for either David or I to meet you at the gate.

Sometimes ‘change over time’ can be hectic. Please be patient and wait your turn.

Early arrivals and late pick ups must be discussed and organised prior to your appointment. We are very flexible and try to accommodate everyone’s needs, but we only have 3 holding areas and we do not offer day care for this reason. Please be prepared to collect your pup within 30 minutes of notification that they are ready. It is not appropriate to drop off first thing and tell us you will be back at the end of the day. This takes up a holding bay in a busy small salon all day.

We appreciate that people’s circumstances can change at short notice and always try to reschedule in the event something urgent comes up. However ‘no shows’ without reasonable excuse will not be tolerated. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and we send reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with appropriate time to reschedule or fill your spot if you can’t attend.

Please try and toilet your pup before arrival. Our front lawn isn’t the place to do this! There are areas on the property to do this on arrival.

Please do not wander our house, courtyard, property ‘sticky beaking’ this is our home as well. Please do not approach the horses without prior consent. We know they are beautiful and enticing, but we must be mindful of safety at all times.

We just want to say a huge thank you to our beautiful loyal and understanding clients for being so kind and understanding during the past few weeks after our return from holidays. The salon has been absolutely hectic due to our time away which has resulted in some longer wait times for grooms and we really appreciate you all! We have loved being back on deck with all your gorgeous fur family friends! The next few weeks are still very busy but we do have some openings early august for small / medium breeds.
If you have sent an enquiry over the last month while we were away that we may have missed, please reach out again!

Lucy is a regular in the salon. She bounds on in with so much energy and heads straight to the toy basket every time. Lucy favours anything that squeaks and will stop at nothing to make sure she examines and spreads every single toy across the salon 🙈🤣.

Happy New Year folks! We are back at it and have hit the ground running.
What a great way to start the new year, welcoming back Pippa and Gidget who have been on a huge adventure across Australia for most of last year!
