We were ranked third in the state last year from minimal input. We just love our job and looking after your fur babies, these little nominations are fun but don’t make or break us. Hi everyone, I know that I don’t post often, purely because we are so busy looking after all your gorgeous fur children. This is a bit of a raw post.
Dog grooming is an extremely rewarding job. We love working with all your babies every day. What could be better than working with beautiful doggos all day?
Unfortunately there are downsides. A lot of them, we groom beautiful babies into their twilight years, we see them degenerate, we care for them so purposefully. Then we say goodbye. It’s like losing one of our own.
It’s taken me two weeks to post this. We lost our beautiful Lily wolf, the German shepherd you all met with the husky voice, two weeks ago. My heart and soul. My everything, at the grand age of 15 years and 2 months. My heart hasn’t even started to heal. I’ve cried into the fur of your babies since.
Today i had another heartbreaking moment. The loss of a fur baby always affects me, but this darling girl was a saint. My little Stella, a beautiful Westie, had skin problems and auto immune issues which meant she came to me weekly for medicated washes. I loved her so much. We had just got on top of her skin issues and then I had a visit from her beautiful owners today. With flowers. My heart sank, again. Stella had passed. I’ll miss her so much. I cried with her owners and reminiscing on our time together.
Dog grooming isn’t just dog grooming, it’s building relationships with owners and their gorgeous children. We are with you through all the journey. Please, always be kind. We are always there for you. 😭❤️

Good morning - a quick reminder about our cancellation policy.
Like many other small businesses, absorbing on going losses due to last minute cancellations or no shows has a huge effect on our business.
Our booking system sends a confirmation at the time of making an appointment and a reminder 2 days before the appointment to ensure people are aware and organised.

Our cancellation policy is 50% of the grooming fee within 24 hours of the appointment and the full fee within 2 hours / no show.

Hi everyone!
Just a little update on our opening hours and vacancies.
We have been inundated with beautiful new clients. We are so happy! Our books are busting fulll now with absolutely no vacancies at all until July and we are saving those times for our exisiting clients.
Having said that, it’s a wrap now for new bookings! Thanks for the overwhelming response and we now look forward to looking after our regular and new clients on a regular basis. We pride ourselves in being able to provide our beautiful cleints with consistent service and guaranteed booking times.

I’m a little late on the Xmas post, it’s been a hectic couple of weeks!
Sending best wishes for safe keeping, love and care over the festive season. We are so blessed to have each and everyone one of you as our clients. We have friends who are clients and clients who become dear friends. We adore our grooming community - with our common love for our fur babies who are family.
