Good morning - a quick reminder about our cancellation policy.
Like many other small businesses, absorbing on going losses due to last minute cancellations or no shows has a huge effect on our business.
Our booking system sends a confirmation at the time of making an appointment and a reminder 2 days before the appointment to ensure people are aware and organised.
Our cancellation policy is 50% of the grooming fee within 24 hours of the appointment and the full fee within 2 hours / no show.
