Hello to all my wonderful clients & followers.

Thank you all for your support while transitioning back into work after a bout of ill health & surgery.

As always, I will try & accommodate everyone but I do ask, please don't contact me out of hours. I am happy to be contacted around 8am - 9pm most days & when trying to rebook appointments for you I will contact you in these times as well.

Like any small business, I am doing it on my own. I love what I do but I do need some down time for me. I am happy to have you contact me 7 days a week but at reasonable hours.

Unfortunately, I had a client contact me at 3.39am in the morning recently which did upset me. I did respond at the time but due to not being able to get back to sleep, I had to cancel my day, therefore losing a days income.
I had a bit of backlash from the client as I did ask them to go elsewhere for grooming.

I respect all of you & love my job but there has to be a limit. I will go above & beyond for my clients, I always have working 7days a week.

I am still not 100% health wise but will always do my utmost to make your babies happy. It's my passion.

I apologise to those who feel like I am not doing enough. I am one person running a business as best I can.

Thank you to those who appreciate & cherish what I do. I will forever be grateful for your support.

Hey Puppy People,

Just a follow-up on my previous post. I will be reopening Moggies & Mutts but I have to express at this time it will only be part time.

I do have appointments available for mid July to August but from the 10th of September to the 10th of October I won't be available.

I apologise in advance if I am unable to accommodate everyone at this time.

I am working on rebuilding to a more full-time basis in the future but for now I am just going slow & steady.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me & I will get back to as soon as I can.

Moggies & Mutts Pet Grooming is reopening on a part time basis. I knew i wouldn't be able to stay away.

My surgery I needed went well & recovering slowly. I will be taking things slowly but so happy to return to what I love for now.

Thank you to all those who have supported me & kept in contact with me through this tough time.

Moggies & Mutts is planning to close this year due to ongoing health issues requiring ongoing treatment & surgical treatment.
I will honour all prebooked appointments for the year. I dont want to close but when I have surgery, I dont know how long I'll be unavailable. I promise to keep you all informed as I progress.
This is not easy for me mentally & financially.
I am beside myself with the prospects of surgery but the Drs need to sort it out.

I do not want sympathy as I have survived the floods & the aftermath like hundreds of others who are still struggling with the trauma almost 3 years on. My issues are nothing compared to those still struggling to have a safe home.

I hate letting anyone down as I love each & everyone of you & your furbabies. I hope & pray that this is just a hurdle & I will be back grooming 100% down the track.

I just have to laugh, after all the years I've had my business, I have my first online troll regarding my last post.

Due to ongoing health issues, I will be taking a break from grooming in the New Year. It has been a very difficult decision, I just need a little R & R.

For everyone who have already booked appointments for the New Year, I will still be doing all those.

Due to a significant change in my personal circumstances I will be downsizing Moggie & Mutts Pet Grooming in the new year. I will only have limited appointments available each month as I have family commitments to attend to in Sydney. I know there will be disappointed people & I apologise. The choice I had was to up & move south for around 6+ months, or allocate time each month to head south.

I decided the latter so I could still continue grooming for as many clients as I can.

Due to a recent workplace injury & ongoing health issues, I can no longer groom medium-large dogs & have to cut down my workload as per Drs recommendations.

It has been a heartbreaking few days coming to this decision. Unfortunately for some I will have to cancel appointments but will be in contact asap.

I love my job but need to put my health first in order to continue working as best I can.

Hey puppy people 🐶🐾💕

Due to an unfortunate situation where I was knocked over twice by a large Groodle yesterday when grooming, I have hurt my back. I am hoping it is nothing more than a little soreness from landing on my butt.
I am going to have to reschedule some appointments but will be in contact with those I may need to move.

It is the busy season & I'm already swamped so please understand I'm doing my best.
