REDUCED DRAMATICALLY DUE TO OWNERS DECLINE IN HEALTH AND FINANCES

Perfect First Thoroughbred
On behalf of a client due to having no time, Dory is looking for her new home. Dory is a very safe and reliable 9yo 16hh chestnut thoroughbred mare. Dory had 1 trial where she lost by 70 lengths and retired sound. She sat in a paddock for 5 few years before coming into full time work in 2023. Her first ride back after 5 years was uneventful and her second ride back was a trail ride through the bush down to the river on her own. Dory has been in part time work since February 2024 due to time restraints. She has more woah than go and has a go at just about anything, making her the perfect next step for someone looking for their first thoroughbred. She has a soft mouth and is responsive off the leg. Dory can be ridden with a loose rein and responds to seat aids. Dory has free jumped up to 110cm with scope and willingness to go higher and has done 60cm courses under saddle. She has 3 clean paces and established canter leads each way and has natural self-carriage. Dory is training leg yields and shoulder in at the trot. She has proven to be scared of nothing so far, being ridden on the road, on trails, in the river, past tractors, seen cows and much more. Dory has had plenty of outings but no official starts, making her newcomer and OTT eligible. She would make a great all rounder horse for someone with the time to invest in her. Dory is in her winter woolies and is not as muscled as she has been previously due to being in part time work this year. Up to date with teeth feet worming etc and great for all. Price is negotiable. From full trot circles on the bit to his very first canter and then one where he offered to take the bridle to trail rides seeing kangaroos to jumps, this big guy does it all with ease!

The light certainly shines on this super star who is in for training and eventually rehomed through Nsw Harness Rehoming. He has the NICEST ground manners out of any horse that I have ever met and I won’t even begin to mention his amazinggggg trot. 😍

The gorgeous (not so little) Robbie stands at 16.2hh and 10 years old and is already a farm favourite 🤩 Keep posted for updated photos during his training.

Looking on behalf of a client
The perfect schoolmaster at basic level English riding. Looking for bomb proof, with the same attitude both at home and out in new environments . Does not need to be the flashiest mover or the most talented jumper and by no means does it need experience at the higher levels. Will be ridden by a mother who is an intermediate rider who can lack confidence. This will be her first horse after hundreds of lessons and will be on agistment to be cared for by professionals. The horse needs to have great manners under saddle and in hand.

Looking for the following criteria but willing to look outside these parameters:
• 15-16hh
• 5-15 years old
• Not fussy on breed
• Prefer no greys
• Mares or geldings

Budget of $15k and loving home assured with references for both the agistment and the buyer.

Looking for a SAFE, SANE and RELIABLE mount for a 10 year old rider looking to do a bit of everything in the English disciplines. Absolutely no nasties whatsoever and no green horses. Horse to suit a nervous novice rider. Around 14-15hh with chunkier breeds preferred and a budget up to 8k. Not fussy on colour, gender or breed and nothing too old of too young.

Amazing All Rounder/Interschools Mount

Elvis is a 5 year old chestnut quarter horse gelding standing at 14.1hh. This pony is the ultimate all rounder who has previously worked with cattle and performed tricks and now has moved onto showing success across all of the Olympic disciplines!
Elvis has jumped up to 80cm courses, winning the timed 65cm show jumping at his most recent competition by a massive 19 seconds. He has also schooled up to Intro level (80cm) cross country courses and didn’t bat an eyelid during his first time ever being exposed to these sorts of obstacles. Elvis has schooled a number of obstacles including water, ditches, trakheners, brushes and many more! Elvis has plenty of scope and bravery to jump much higher in both show jumping and cross country disciplines.

Elvis also carries this ‘can do’ attitude over to the dressage arena, where he has competed up to novice dressage with scores of over 63% at this level. Elvis has beautiful movement and lovely self carriage along with good looks which would also make for great success in the hacking ring! Elvis has established walk to canter, canter to walk and rein back and is training shoulder in and leg yields. He has proven to be a very uncomplicated ride for us both at home and at competition, where he remains the same level headed horse!
In his off time, Elvis has been taken to the beach with no problems with water or small waves, been for big canter laps in open paddocks and even rolls on his back for belly scratches on command! He truely is an “all rounder” pong at its finest!

Elvis is easy to catch, float, lead, worm etc and is great for the dentist and farrier. He is currently barefoot and up to date with all necessities. Elvis is a very smart horse and knows exactly who is on his back so does require an intermediate to experienced rider. Although he has proven to be super straight forward and safe for myself, he has shown he can buck with a less confident rider child rider. Elvis has bucked unexpectedly from a walk with no provocation with a rider who lacks confidence but does not put a single foot wrong when faced with things that could provoke a buck. It is for this reason that Elvis will be only going to a rider who has the confidence, in the case that he bucks unprovoked.
