Nearly two years ago, during my daily walks with Winnie, I was fed up with carrying smelly bags of poop— the swaying bag, the lingering smell… it was too much! Living in the suburbs with no public bins, I thought, why not create something that could contain both the bag and the smell?What started as a simple idea turned into many walks of wondering how anyone makes a product come to life. After countless chats with my partner and a lot of “can we really do this?” moments, I took a deep dive into startup podcasts and signed up for The Lady Startup course by @miafreedman. Mia’s infectious energy made me believe, “Why not me?”Looking back, I was definitely naive about the mountain of tasks ahead, but taking that leap was the best thing we ever did. Now, 7 months since launching, we’re growing month by month.Thank you to everyone who’s trusted us and made Whifti Walks a part of your adventures.
