Unknown to many, every year hundreds of primates are imprisoned in labs across Australia and used as " lab tools" or "animal models" in experiments that rarely lead to meaningful medical advancements. Then they are usually killed, often after years of this torture and lives full of fear. Never being treated with the dignity and respect they all deserve.
This is simply immoral, let alone unbelievably cruel.
Please help shed light on this practice and help end primate research .

Our latest campaign, 'Honour Me With A Name' is the ultimate gesture of love and respect—naming a primate in an Australian laboratory and immortalising a sto...

I really do understand that when times are tough, looking after pets as they deserve may become difficult or even impossible. I can see that they have all been well fed and looked after. They are all simply beautiful.
Thank you for leaving them with me and not dumping them out in the bush or drowning them.
I assure you they will be looked after, and I will do my best to find them homes, or find people who can foster them until they do.
💕To all my lovely clients out there.. I really need your help and hearts. I have several other beautiful young cats that need loving homes. All young, socialised and very affectionate. They've been rescued from being dumped in the bush, from being shot by pest control officers, from the roadside, and others have simply been abandoned. It genuinely breaks my heart. However, I am really running out of space for them all. So if there is anyone out there who has room in their heart and home for a special little soul, or two , please come see us at The Grange Vet Clinic. You are more than welcome to call us on 42726030 and arrange to come visit them. You will not be pressured to take one, I promise. Just come and see whether your next little friend is here patiently waiting just for you.❤️

THE BOYS FROM THE BUSH ARE BACK IN TOWN! 😸

Chocolate and Shadow are the last two of five kittens we rescued from the bush near Whytes Gully, where they had been callously dumped. These adorable boys are now healthy, affectionate and very playful. They are eagerly waiting for a cosy lap, snuggly bed and willing arms to love and hold them.
Utes are not essential!😺
If you can find it in your heart to adopt one, or even both ! , of our little heroes, then please talk to our friendly staff on 42726030 or pop in for a visit!
Help us give these little troopers the happy lives they so richly deserve. ❤️

🐱Cuteness Alert 🐱
About 7 weeks ago, Joe received a phone call from a memeber of the public who seen a litter of kittens dumped in the bush out the back of West Dapto near Whytes Gully tip.
Joe and Michael went out to the location in the hope of finding these babies. With success all 5 kittens were found unharmed and appeared to be 5 weeks.
Since then, Jess our Junior Nurse has been fostering them at home, showing them love, care and compassion and how to trust again. Fortunately two of the kittens have found a forever home with Jess. So thats where we need your help to spread the word and find homes for these remaining 3 kittens. If you have room in your heart to give a forever home, please contact our clinic for more information on 4272 6030.

Christmas holidays mean extra food for a lot of humans. Our pets are often fed leftover human food which can sometimes be harmful to them. Here’s what you should avoid feeding your dog during the festive season.

🎄Onions & Garlic
🎄Avocados and other stone fruit
🎄Chocolate - It contains theobromine which can cause vomiting, diarrhea, irregular heartbeats and in severe cases, seizures and death. Dark cooking chocolate contains high levels of theobromine so take extra care when baking at Christmas to keep your pets safe.
🎄Sultanas, Grapes, Raisins & Currants
🎄Stuffing
🎄Turkey/Chicken Skin - Skin and fat trimmings may contribute to upset tummies and pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas). Give your pet some tasty pet treats instead.
🎄Bones
🎄Ham and poultry bones (or any bone) can become stuck in the throat or even pierce your dog’s intestinal tract. Don’t give your pet cooked bones of any type and ensure the rubbish is secure so your pet doesn’t help themselves!
🎄Gravy
🎄Nutmeg

If you suspect that your dog has consumed any of the above foods or something else that they shouldn’t have please contact ARH on 4283 8432.

Hello, my name is Dudley and I'm a mature, tall, dark and very handsome gentleman desperately looking for a new loving home to help heal my broken heart . My beautiful mother has recently passed away and I need to find a new family to love.
I am a little shy, but very affectionate once I get to know you. I am best suited to a quiet home with no children and no dogs.
I am an excellent hot water bottle on cold Winter nights, and a breath of fresh air on warm Summer ones.
I am currently vaccinated, wormed and microchipped, and in very good health for my 14 years.
I promise to be a devoted and loving family member to anyone out there kind enough to give a little old man a chance to live out his twilight years with love and dignity.
Please help me find you. ❤️

Please contact the lovely people at The Grange Vet Clinic on 42726030 if you can help me.

Sincerely, Dudley
