Hello 🐶 just a reminder if you need to reschedule your pooches appointment, please give me as much warning as possible so I can try to fill that time slot. Last minute cancellations can incur a fee of the total groom cost as it directly effect my income.

☆ Please drop off and pick up on time, I do not use cages in my salon, if you are late for drop off/ pick up, this runs into the next clients appointment☆

Dear valued clients,

I'm reaching out to advise that there will be a $10 per dog price increase to grooming services.

This has been a tough decision, and I have put it off for some time now. Over the years I've been grooming, my prices overall have only increased by $15.

Although I have tried my best to keep expenses low, my operating costs have increased significantly,

- products and maintenance
- electricity / water
- insurance

◀️ The change will be effective from 1st August 2024 ▶️
