Our make shift flyball box 👌🏼
Working on some shaping with both my girls, I usually train with them one at a time but we decided to have a little group session. I’m working on teaching them to pick up the towel in their mouths to eventually finish in ‘roll up in a blanket’. They both already know a roll command however Poppy struggles to roll in her old age so we will have to come up with a different adaption for her! Let me know if you have any suggestions for Poppy!
Practicing Stay.
It’s important to only expect your dogs to stay for a few seconds when first starting out with this skill. Always reward while the dog is still in the stay position!

Mishka is one happy giant 🥰
Meet Mishka the Rottweiler.
With consistent positive reinforcement and training this is how Mishka walks for most of his walk. He’s not always perfect but is improving every week!
Mishka has never been walked on a prong, choke collar or slip lead. It IS possible to train even big dogs to walk nicely on a lead without using these adverse training tools.

Today I got an update from Maggie one of the puppies from my first puppy school. Look how well she walks on the lead now! We’ll done Harry for keeping up with her training, your hard work has paid off!

With a bit of encouragement Misha is learning to love the water! Still a little unsure of the waves but I’m sure she’s be jumping right into them in no time!
