Well Saturday afternoon was a great opportunity to get some shots of Choc Ace from On Target British Bulldogs.
This guy was imported all the way from the UK and now lives here on the south coast of NSW.
He’s such a dude and very cuddly and doesn’t mind posing for the camera. 💕💕💕🐾

After waiting patiently for over 200 days, poor old Sugar is still hoping for a second chance 💔

Sugar was originally bred as a livestock guardian, but in her senior years finds the job far too overwhelming. With chickens, cats and livestock all being a little too scary, she is happy living a comfy life of leisure and would much rather spend her retirement curled up next to you on the couch 😌

Despite being an absolute sweetie pie and receiving an overwhelmingly positive response every time she is featured, no one has yet come forward to claim this beautiful girl as their own 😔

Hopefully today that will change ❤️

Don’t forget to keep a good grooming schedule during the colder months.
Many pet owners believe their dogs need to go longer between grooming appointments when the weather is cold to make sure they stay warm. The problem with this logic is that stretching the time between grooming visits often results in matted fur. Matted fur does not insulate well and may trap moisture, causing the dog to feel the chill even more. Besides this, tangles pull and are uncomfortable for the pet. If the dog wears a sweater or coat, it increases the chance of mats forming unless the pet owner is very dedicated with a brush and comb. I encourage my customers to keep their pets on regular appointments, especially if they want to leave the fur longer for cold weather.
