Home of the Bi-Black Shelties, bred for type, temperament, movement & soundness. We are a small kennel located in Woodford, Queensland.

Our shelties are first and foremost our family, who have the run of our house and they actively participate in sheep herding. We bred our first bi-black sheltie in 2000 and, following extensive research, now specialise in breeding these beautiful black-and-whites. We successfully bred four bi-blacks in less than two years - a dog and a bitch in September 2008 and a dog and a bitch in June 2010. It

would appear that we have the right combination of genes to establish our kennel as the Home of the Bi-Blacks.

Can't believe it's been 12 years since I lost Panda, Safaree Hesa Panda Bear, the first bi-black I bred (with all U.K. bloodlines).

Whilst he may not have been of show quality he was excellent at sheep herding and an awesome companion. I remember to this day having a dream over his last weekend with me when he was saying to me "Mum, please let me go"🥲

Panda was a Great Uncle of Katie who I lost on 06 August this year.

Bi-blacks bred since 2008.

Odin and Bree (brother and sister-Odin was the 1st bi black to gain a CH. title in QLD and at the time only the 4th in Australia). Mum was a bi-factored tri and Dad a bi factored mahogany sable.

Nikki and Thor (brother and sister). Mum was Bree and Dad a bi-factored sable.

Hamish, Angus and Mairi from the one litter. Mum was Bree and dad a bi-factored tri. Repeat mating produced Katie.

Trent's parents, Bobbie and Rush, both bi-blacks.

It's been a while and after much thought I decided that when these plants arrived at the Nursery this last week that they would be appropriate for Katie's garden.💕🌹

Leucospermum Lineare Hybrid "So Successful", a Protea.

They have been planted around the swimming pool where I scattered Katie's ashes.

My original line of bi-black shelties started in October 2000 with Panda and has ended 24 years later, when I lost Katie on Tuesday morning.

Panda was Safaree Hesapandabear and I named Katie after him when she was born 2 months after I lost Panda-Safaree Shes Almostapandabear.

It's hard not to have a favourite but Katie was all this and more.…
