Can I be honest with you about something? 🌑
A lot of women I work with don't feel at home in their own body.
Not because anything is wrong with them. But because somewhere along the way, they learned that their body wasn't safe. Wasn't trustworthy. Wasn't theirs.
Maybe that resonates. Maybe it's been a quiet thing you've carried for years.
Coming Home to Your Body is the first workshop in the Regulated Rise Bell Tent Series, and it's the one that started all of this for me.
Because everything else changes when you can actually feel yourself from the inside.
Saturday 13 June, 4:00–6:30pm
Bell tent. Bare feet on the earth. 6–10 women.
We'll move through somatic body awareness practices at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system. No pushing. No performing. Just noticing, and slowly, coming home.
Perfect for women who are new to somatic work, or who carry a complicated history with their body.
The moon is in her dark phase that day — 🌑 Super New Moon. The most powerful time for turning inward. I planned this one for a reason.
