🐾 PET OF THE WEEK: Meet Sally! 🌟

This week, sweet Sally visited us for hip and elbow scoring! Her owner, a registered breeder with the Kennel Club, brought her in to ensure she has no issues at this time which reduces the risk to puppies in the future.
To do this Sally had X-rays taken of her hips and elbows which are sent off to experts who provide a score. Her X-rays are on their way for evaluation…
We’re so proud to support responsible breeding practices! Sally was a total sweetheart and we loved having her in to visit

We’re so proud of these little stars who’ve worked hard to learn good manners, socialise, and grow into confident pups! From mastering basic commands to making new friends, they’ve taken their first steps toward a happy, well-behaved life. 🐶💫

🌟 Pet of the Week: Momo 🌟

This week’s honour goes to Momo, who had a bit of a scare! 🐍 Her owners saw a snake strike at her, so they brought her in right away. We carried out a blood test, and thankfully, there was no sign of a bite—Momo was lucky and got to head home, with her owners keeping a close eye on her.

She was a star patient, well-behaved and happy to enjoy plenty of treats from our team! Way to go, Momo! 🐶💛

As the weather warms up, we’re seeing more snake activity in the Adelaide Hills. Keep a close watch on your pets outside, and if you think your pet may have been bitten, reach out to your local vet immediately.

Another wonderful success! In July, Dr Zoe carried out a TCI (transcervical insemination) with frozen semen imported from Sweden on a lovely papillon and then happily delivered 3 beautiful puppies via caesarean 🐶

We have recently treated a patient for a bee sting who required antihistamine, steroids and monitoring to make sure his airway was still clear.

It’s been a very very busy couple of weeks at the clinic, our very own clinic pup, Nellie graduated puppy preschool and lots has been going on behind the scenes with the reproductive services. We would like to thank our clients for their continued support 💕 your trust in us is so appreciated. I personally also want to extend my thanks to all the team who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and out the front.
