Herping in Indonesia & Komodo National Park. We found the trifecta of coloured White-lipped Vipers - Green, yellow & blue. These small vipers hunt at night eating geckos and small skinks, waiting in ambush at the base of trees and branches 😊🐍 - the blue is my favourite.

The green is most common, found on all islands, blue & yellow are endemic to only a couple of islands in Komodo National Park.

We are thrilled to release the poster for 2024 VHS reptile and amphibian expo! The expo will be held at the Melbourne Showgrounds on March the 9th from 9am to 4pm. On the day you can expect presentations throughout the day, some of the country’s top shops and breeders with supplies and livestock for sale and display, snake/reptile shows, kids entertainment, food trucks and more! We are still in the process of organising a guest speaker for the day and the evening before so keep an eye out for that in the near future.
