Following consultation with chemical companies and suppliers regarding ongoing climate and environmental changes, it is advised that warranty adjustments be implemented. Consequently, our General Pest warranty will be revised to 6 months, covering cockroaches, spiders, and ants. Termite Inspections will be assessed based on a property's environmental surroundings, with high-risk properties warrantied for 6 months and low-risk properties warrantied for 12 months.

On the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, the most prevalent paper wasp species is the Australian native paper wasp (Polistes humilis). Another species, Ropalidia revolutionalis (stick-nest brown paper wasp), is also found in areas of Queensland, including the Sunshine Coast.

Several key characteristics facilitate the distinction between Antechinus and pest rats. Antechinus are distinguished by a pointed snout, crinkled ears, and a short, sparsely haired tail. Their diet is primarily composed of insects, and their jaws are equipped with small, sharp teeth, unlike the prominent incisors of rats. Conversely, rats are distinguished by blunt snouts, large ears, and a longer, more prominent tail, as well as a more diverse diet and a characteristic musty odor.
