Introducing “Noblewood Contarli Diamantino”

The first resident stallion of Noblewood Park, now under the ownership of the Shore family.

Diamantino is a 3yr old c**t by one of the greatest stallions of all-time, the recently deceased DIAMANT DE SEMILLY. Diamant de Semilly needs no introduction in the world of Showjumping, he is a WEG Gold Medal winner, and was ranked #1 in the WBFSH Sire Rankings for a number of years. In the 2022 rankings, he is still #2! He is undoubtedly one of the greatest influences in modern Showjumping, and he has passed on all of his quality to his son Diamantino.

Diamantino’s dam is Noblewood Park Contessa, who is somewhat of an icon in WA Showjumping, and brings the very best of Noblewood Park’s bloodlines. She is by the imported Caretino’s Boy (Caretino x Cassini II) out of Noblewood Park Chanel (Collins x Coriander). Contessa - and Diamantino - hail from one of the most successful dam lines of all time - Holst 776.

We are absolutely delighted to have been given the chance to acquire this sensational young c**t from Gemma at Contarli Performance Horses. Gemma has had a long affiliation with Noblewood Park under previous owner Robynne McTaggart, with Noblewood mares forming the foundation of her breeding program. It feels right that one of Gemma’s c**ts come back to Noblewood to be the first stallion at stud under the new program!

We look forward to offering Diamantino to outside mares in the future through Eve Jarvis at Equistar International Stallions. Once under saddle, he will be campaigned by Team Equistar’s Rick Dabner, and our own Olivia Shore.

It is wonderful to receive an update and photos out of the blue of horses that we bred - Yetar Springs Julia was bred by us back in 1994 when we had Yetar Springs prior to changing the stud name and location to Noblewood. Julia was by our imported stallion Jadalco and out of a fabulous mare Barrabadeen Hayley with some fabulous mother lines. This mare, Julia - with the fly veil on, is the dam of Noblewood Park Ciara - the dam of Noblewood Park Buccaneer I, II and III (just featured on our previous post). She is now 27 and looking pretty 😍 fabulous! Thank you Lee-Anne Cahill for sending this wonderful photo thru to me! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️🤣❤️ ❤️

I am so excited to see these photos of Noblewood Park Bucaneer III (Noblewood Park Caesar out of Noblewood Park Ciara) with the sweet Anna Periscal from Queensland. It has been a long journey for them and to see this makes my heart 💙❤️💙🎶🎶🎶 - looking very much Noblewood on their first outing this year and in a Hacking class no less (show jumping was cancelled) ⭐️ 🌟 💫- Well done both of you!!!

A HUGE thank you to my clients and staff at my office - The Park Business Centre in West Perth (yes I do have a corporate life outside of horses) for your kind donations to BlazeAid. The Park Business Centre held a morning tea yesterday which raised money to help people affected by the fires. BlazeAid is a volunteer organisation working alongside families to rebuild fencing and other structures that have been destroyed in the Wooroloo and Hills fires. We are eternally grateful for the support they provide to our community. If you would like to donate towards people affect by the Wooroloo fires can donate directly to BlazeAid here.

Just restocking our Fire Emergency Box we keep at the farm and wanted to share with everyone about these fantastic face masks that we used. I had sourced them a couple of years ago and put them in the emergency drawer and pretty much forgot about them until last Monday. They protected us from the smoke whilst we were still able to fight the fire 🔥 and were amazingly effective www.fairairmasks.com

This a convoy of 12 vets and rangers from Mundaring and swan shires - absolutely amazing that they have come to help treat and euthanise animals as needed as it has been extremely traumatic doing it ourselves 💔 unfortunately initially they were not allowed in but finally got thru the barriers 🙏. Today and yesterday the council has been collecting up the dead animals. Heart breaking to see them suffering in such a way but so glad the vets and rangers are here.

We have fabulous donated cooked meals and enormous amount of food for alpacas, sheep, cows, chickens etc at our property Noblewood on Dinsdale for anyone that needs it. Dinner for our humans is at 6:30/7pm tonight all welcome from Dinsdale / Braidwood and Mayo ❤️🙌. Thank u Therese Chitty and Laura Ross.
