Happy New Year everyone! Pictured are the first two deer mounted for '25, a beautiful pair of early season Fallow in the drying phase. 👌

Unfortunately for the foreseeable future my BOOKS WILL REMAIN CLOSED to new work.

I was really hoping to be in a position to take some in this rut, but in reality I still have far too big a backlog to allow this. I'm still flat out getting as much mounted as I possibly can, while also using this time to future-proof my business for when it does open again.

As always, I very much appreciate your support and patience. Hunt hard and stay safe in 2025.

I don't often post unfinished 'progess' photos, but thought this was an interesting size comparison. A Hog deer stag, next to a Grey Duiker, the largest of Africa's 'Tiny 10' antelope family. Both very mature males. 👍

So good to be back busy in the workshop again! With tanned capes starting to trickle in again, and a big bunch of forms to make room for next week, it's all systems go! Have a great weekend everybody! 🦌

With a couple of custom buffalo on the go, along with more African trophies getting started, fair to say my Sunday will be for cleaning up this bombsite!! 😳
