Ive never posted videos (🔊 put the sound on as I explain what I do) before of my horse training but seeing as I've got alot more time on my hands now, a bit of a clearer head and re-igniting my passion - ill be posting some snippets of these foals handling (albums will be organised soon) for those who are interested in what I do and why I do it.
If you were to ask me what my favourite aspect of horses was, I would say I'd happily never ride again, it's training foals that keeps me driven and going back for more!!
Shaping their future and setting them up to be calm, brave, trusting, respectful citizens for their next owners is so rewarding, this is particularly why I breed my own, you don't get someone else's "sh*t/issues" as older horses such as rudeness/pushyness/nervousness/mixed messages in training etc you have horses that want to be with you, you just have to be patient to let them grow and mould them to your next discipline.
