Finally got our pallet of herbs (I did have to go pick them up from the freight company depot)
We worked Wednesday evening and all day Thursday to get all orders packed and out for delivery today 👏🏼
Just in time for a weekend away with the family.

When you run out of everything and your herb room is empty, and lots of our lovely customers patiently waiting on their orders
we did ordered 18 bags of herbs over 2 weeks ago and due to the silly season they still haven’t arrived 😩
A few phone calls and we have found my pallet load and should be receiving it this afternoon 👏🏼
So the next few days we will be flat out packing to get all your orders out asap 🐴

We had visitors - my little sister & niece, sponsored riders Katie & Tiffany were put to work for their herbs 😬 but they also assisted in preparing some products for me since I had hand surgery today and will be out of commission for a few weeks. Luckily, my daughters Shyann and Natalia will be helping with orders during this time.

A few changes happening here at Browns hopefully for the good 😜 it has been a huge adjustment running the business, I’ve been juggling the business and working full time (not 9-5 but crazy hours) only having Thursday’s and every 2nd weekend to run Browns. I’ve been a swimming instructor/receptionist for nearly 13 years which I love, but I’ve decided to take a step back (I will still be getting my toes wet but just a little less 🏊) and I’m jumping head first in a different direction which is going to allow me more time to run Browns Animal Herbals🐴 oh and hopefully in all of that I might actually have time for my very supportive family 🥰
