Elm Hill Miniature Goats Elm Hill is a small family run miniature goat stud located on the NW Coast of Tasmania. We aim to breed quality, friendly and super cute miniature goats.

We've been super quiet, but life is continuing to be busy here!
Our last kids born have grown into beautiful chunky girls, enjoying their baby carrots. And of course Ziggy, front and centre of the camera as always at the end 😂🤦‍♀️

We will be planning to join some girls with our handsome bucks, Zeus and Eddie July/August, allowing for some Christmas and summer babies! Traditionally kids are due over winter and spring, but we have some other priorities this year that will see us delaying our season.
We're planning to have available kids approx. March/April next year once weaned, vaxxed, wethered etc. 😊😊

Sometimes things just don't go text book perfect. Poppy was a triplet, born with turned under front hooves due to being space restricted in the womb. We started with daily massaging and splints. Only to next be facing Poppy hunched over and losing weight (I'd happily take singles and twins any day 😂). My first bottle baby. I was in way over my head.
Yet here she is, 12 months on thriving. Super independent and such a sweet girl.

Demi has kidded 2 sets of twins in the past. Demi will be sold in kid. Progeny will be pot. Grade B. Due approx. August/September
Support will be provided if no breeding experience.
Demi has no ligaments in her stomach (perfectly healthy, just something that has come from her previous kidding. She just looks large 😂)

Demi and Aurora are bonded and have been together many years. I will only sell the girls together. If the new family would only like the 2 girls, I will consider selling without Aurora's twin boys. Aurora and Demi have been herd leaders for many years, they can be "strong willed" at feeding time. If in a small herd, or at a home with just the two of them it's unlikely this will be an issue.
Both girls will come vaccinated with their annual booster (Glanvac 3), drenched and hooves trimmed.
New home will need shelter, good fences, access to browse and fresh water. Goats require some care, including drenching (if/as required), annual vaccination and regular hoof trimming.
