Horses are playful and like to explore and express their uniqueness in their environment and herd. They also do this in EAP and EAL sessions which can offer opportunities for people to explore relationship, expression and boundaries in a safe and engaging way.
Horses have the innate ability to regulate their emotions and stress levels... If horses get a fright, they generally get very alert, race around, then stop, do a big snort or out breath and go back to grazing.

Here's a highlight video of Jessica Rae coaching last weekend.😁 Jess is brilliant at educating horses and riders and we're so lucky to have her here as often as we do. She'll be back for another clinic on 12 May 2024 (bookings can be made via https://yarramanlodge.com.au/events/ ) but often makes herself available for ad hoc lessons during the week.
This weekend Jess is at Adelaide Equestrian Festival and is currently coming 4th in the CCI4*-S after dressage today. We wish her the best of luck in cross country tomorrow!👏👏
Equine assisted sibling sessions can assist siblings in deepening their understanding and appreciation for one another, finding new ways to express their feelings and resolve conflict and ultimately to build healthier relationships. #equineassistedlearning #equineassistedcoaching #equineassistedactivities #ndis #ndissupport #capacitybuilding
