Dee has asked if our community might be able to help save this poor girl’s leg. It’s a tough time for everyone, especially at Christmas, but if you think you could spare a little to help, it would be greatly appreciated. You can click on the post below to read about her story and also to follow for updates on how she goes, it also has the details for donations. Thank you everyone.

We have just posted our Christmas Dog TV episode on our Dog TV channel. Celebrating a little early this year for Tilly (this will very sadly be her last). There's a look at the new Dingo playground, our two newest pack members with Radial Hypoplasia, dogs opening Christmas gifts from followers all around the world, an early birthday cake for Til, meeting our new mobile vet, chat about Moose not happy with his current pack position, frozen Christmas treats, giant marrow bones, swimming on a steamy Aussie Summer day ... and a random visit from a cow!

Thank you to those who are helping us out by watching (or simply playing in the background) these longer videos (I know they’re very long!), your support is REALLY making a difference.

All the segments are timestamped in the description so you don't have to sit through 5 hours! But huge thanks to those that do.

Many thanks to you all for all your support and a very Merry Christmas!

Love from all 33 of us!

A very Merry Christmas to you all from each and everyone here at the farm. A very big thank you for watching our channel, your views support this big family ...

Sydney Dingo Rescue have asked if we could help them find homes for some of the dingoes they have in care. They have soooo many. With little to no interest. One poor boy came in as an orphaned puppy with his siblings 8 years ago.

Please help us by watching the video in link below, share if you can, so that we might possibly reach someone who may be able to adopt or foster a dingo.

Thank you wonderful farm community!

For more information about the dingoes needing homes at Sydney Dingo Rescue please go to their website www.sydneydingorescue.com.au or look at all the dingo profiles at

Just because he was a Dingo. Rest in peace beautiful Ernie. Our condolences to Liam. This has to stop. If anyone in media who might still follow us (I know it’s a long shot; Daily Telegraph A Current Affair Seven News Sydney The Project ) and see this, might you consider getting involved in this story. It just isn’t fair and Dingoes are going to end up being just another Australian animal that becomes extinct. This poor man Liam, has tried to share this news article of what has happened to him and his best mate … even just in his home town Facebook group page, but the mayor is admin and keeps removing it and has now blocked him. Maybe if a whole bunch of us all shared it, we could help Liam get some traction. Dingoes need our help. They are being destroyed in the wild, out of the wild, rescues and sanctuaries are full and only a few states can adopt a Dingo. So where do they go? Where do they belong if not where they have lived for 1000s of years?

Crispy’s rescue family are in need of some support. If you might be able to spare a few dollars to help them survive they would be very appreciative. They do a lot of great work with high needs puppies. Thank you everyone.

In our eyes, he is an absolute legend. Undoubtedly, the inspiration for what was the joy and wonder of the daycare in it's glory days. The king of every game. This man's good friend. But his time here on earth is drawing to a close. A heartfelt honor to be called at this time in his life. To be able to bring the farm, his special place, to him. We invite you on this personal trip down memory lane with the one and only Bandit. He has and always will have, a very big place in our hearts.

Paddlepop the 14 month old Golden Retriever X Rottweiler is longing for a loving home of his own. He was Crispy’s pal at Life of Pikelet Rescue but hasn’t managed to find his own family yet, even though it’s been more than one year and no applications. Look at this absolutely beautiful big boy. He’s just as sweet as Crispy in nature with that loyal adoring of his family nature of a gorgeous young Freddo. If you think dear Paddlepop could be a part of your family please please get in contact with the lovely Callie at Life of Pikelet Rescue. Paddlepop is just lovely and so deserves a home of his own. Here is the link to his profile …

“I guess the present idea didn’t work, because you’re still working Mum!”

Had my head down, looked up to find this cheeky girl peering around my screen.

She’s quick!

Thought you might find it cute too. Yes I know she’s up on a table … shhhh don’t tell Dad!

P.S also shows maybe how small Crispy is for a Goldie … itty bitty 💛

How many dogs fit in a Polaris Ranger? Rosco on the hood, Tilly behind the steering wheel, Abra taking note of any wrong doing, Joey next to her Luke, Kyla watching Miss Violet running zig zags whilst barking continuously ...

The pack smell an intruder, Moose can't help himself hassling the ever patient Banjo. Shadow is off after the Plovers, Rover does his own thing, Maggie taunts that left front wheel ...

It's all happening in the mornings.

Thank you so much for watching.

Dee at the shelter Central Coast Animal Care Facility is experiencing an all time low at the moment. She’s a real hero to so many dogs, it’s just they don’t have a voice to let her know how amazing she is and how grateful we are. But we humans do. So many members of our pack wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Dee. Dearest Dee, you are our hero without a cape. Thank you for fighting with every minute of your day, every breath that you take for the dogs. Perhaps if you have a moment you could pop a comment on the shelter’s post I’m sharing below letting Dee know how incredible she is. Thank you to the shelter staff for letting us all know so we can possibly help with some much needed positivity Dee’s way.

Dee is probably going to hate me for this, but this post is pretty relevant to her at the moment.

As most of you know, Dee works her fingers to the bone every day and is constantly interrupted & pulled in every direction. At the end of the day she is exhausted and feels like she's accomplished absolutely nothing.

Normally this feeling can be pushed aside knowing that she's helped people & their animals but this last week has made it impossible to ignore.

When you work in rescue some days are harder than others, you get burnt out and can only focus on the bad. Your "astonishing light" is no longer able to illuminate the day. Although she has made significant progress with Cannon, CJ & Ted this has all been over-written by two incredibly heart breaking cases.

Last week Dee got a call from the police about the dog of a member of the public she has helped in the past. Sadly their dogs turned on one of their own and severely injured one of their other dogs. Dee raced to the property, then straight to the vets who were set up waiting for her. Sadly, while undergoing surgery, this beautiful dog passed away.

The second case is just as tragic.

We had organised with an owner to take her dog from her, we just needed to ensure he was vaccinated & we would take him on after the two week period of letting the vaccination do its magic. On day 14 she called & demanded we take him immediately as she was done waiting. We asked for a few more days so we could get a kennel or carer organised and she became furious.

When we called her a few days later to organise bringing him into the facility she said she no longer needed our help but refused to say any more.

She had put him to sleep.

Although none of this was Dee's fault & all she has done is try to help these people, she feels responsible for these deaths & like she didn't do enough.

She has been taken advantage of, abused and expected to bend over backwards for more and more people literally every day.

Her light is gone.

I wish she could see herself the way we see her. Maybe then she would see how many animals are still with us because of her. Maybe then she would see how grateful so many people are for her. For the food she's donated to them, the impound/registrations fees that have been raised by her freedom buster program, how many people have their electricity still on & food in the fridge because of her.

She is invaluable to us & the community, we just wish she knew how bright her light truly is.. even if she can't see it herself.

Winter is here and the days are getting a little colder with the sun hanging low and staying out for less of the day. There's been a lot of days with rain too.

We're trying something a little different here, a journal of sorts. Luke's diary as a pack leader, someone who's life has literally gone to the dogs. I've put together a short version here (well as short as I could) and a long uncut version on a new long format channel we're trialing called The Farm - Dog TV. Hoping this will be something for most. Long and short versions. The longer format isn't for everyone but some might also like to pop it in the background or leave it on for a pet when you leave home for the day, it helps us out a lot.

Here's the link to the long uncut version for those that like a long farm video or to pop it playing in the background in support:

The Dodo has put together a great video about our dearest Freddo. What a truly magnificent soul he is. Not a day goes by I don’t wish we’d met earlier. Instead of simply sharing the link to the video this time, I’d also like to mention that Iron Dog Rescue Inc has 52 Rottweilers in their care at the moment. Many have been there for months and years. If you’re thinking about getting a Freddo please consider adopting one of their adult dogs before buying a pup off Gumtree etc. They are in great need of good homes, and let’s be honest Rottweilers are truly incredible creatures. It is an absolute honour to be loved and protected by one.

Thank you The Dodo for this wonderful video of our Freddo.

Rottweiler spent 8 years in shelters before this guy decided he would never give up on him ❤️We talked to Luke about the simple thing that made Freddo gentle...
