Tylah’s Animal Services Sadly we have made the decision to close our business. We are no longer taking on clients and we are finishing up with what we already have booked in.

Thankyou all kindly for your support and constant bookings Terms and conditions

❖ All Overnight Pet sitting gigs must fill out the Pet sitting checklist provided when booking is made, with all personal details required and animal details. (is provided for all first-time overnight pet sitting gigs)
❖ All Pet sitting gigs that are booked in advance for more than 2 days must have a 20% deposit put

down to secure the dates chosen.
❖ Cancellation protocol:
� if cancellation is made by owners within 3 days of the start of pet sitting gig, the 20% deposit is kept and the rest is returned.
� If cancellation is made by the Staff member, the client is entitled to request a new staff member, post pone the booking and use the money for another booking or can request a refund.
❖ All Dog walking gigs must be paid in full before the walks that are booked are to start. If not done the client will be given 3 days after the walks have been completed to make the payment.
❖ No future bookings can be made if any past gigs haven’t been paid for.
❖ Fail to make payment by the time frames as listed above will be marked against client’s name as reference for future bookings. This entitles Tylah’s animal services to request payment for past booking and future booking in one payment or to deny any future bookings with the client.
❖ Requesting staff Members protocol:
� Requesting a Pet sitter requires the deposit of saving the date to 30% as this will secure your sitter, if in whatever reason the sitter your requesting isn’t available the deposit will return to the 20%.
❖ Beach visits are with selected staff, clients will be notified on who can do this when requesting this option, the dogs will be secured with a car harness and will only be let off leash if appropriately felt by the Staff member taking the dog.
❖ Prices and packages will be doubled if requesting to be booked on a public holiday.
� for pet sitting gigs it will only be for the day of the public holiday it will be doubled

Just a few things we wanted to share and remind you about.

- We have officially closed to regulars. All of the bookings we have currently will be to finalise any credits or holiday bookings that were made prior to the closure decision.

- Payments for all bookings still due by the first service date on the invoice. Please make sure to have them paid by the first service.

- If you do have credits and wish to use them or be refunded please get in contact asap to arrange this.

- Cancellations for overnight stays or full time stays within the month of the booking will also have a fee of 25% charged to your accounts. For these Tylah does have to take time off from her vet nursing job and her other clients and sadly cannot always replace the booking with another. Remaining credits will be placed on your account for future use.

- Cancellations for daily visits, dog walking and any of our other day services will also entail a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start time. (If the weather is the reason for cancellation or our walker/sitter is sick the fee will not be charged to your account). Remaining credits will be placed on your account for future use.

- if you do not have credits or any bookings in place with us going forward from the 1st of December your time to pet account will be closed and deactivated.

- we want to thank all our wonderful clients for all the support over the last 6 years and we couldn’t have gotten to where we are today without you!

Dear Client’s,

It is Regretful and with a heavy heart that we are Sending this letter to notify you that due to Personal reasons For Myself, we will be closing our doors for a while and unsure of when or if we will reopen at this time. This was Definitely not an easy decision to make for myself after dedicating my last 6 years to providing care for all of our client's pets.

Due to the nature of this we will no longer be taking on new Clients effective immediately or any bookings from November 30th 2024 going forward.

Our dog walking and pet sitting clients will be ceased from 30th of November 2024 onwards.
Any training sessions, we have been in discussion and these will continue with Jaylen privately should the client wish to in which we advise for you to get in touch with her through Pawsitive capture pet care and photography as this is her business (link below)

Regarding any of our overnight and fulltime stay services, if deposits have not been paid prior to receiving this letter we regretfully will no longer be able to cater to these dates anymore. We will however do our best to help find you a sitter that would be a good fit for you also. In which we will provide a list of recommended who we have worked with and other sitters and walker's we know of on the Central Coast.

For any bookings that have paid a deposit or paid in full we will do our best to continue to cater to you through this process however if you do wish for a refund in full for what has been paid, we do understand and will provide that promptly.

We are so sorry for any inconveniences that this may cause our clients as we know a lot of our clients do base their holidays around our availability to pet sit or walk their pets.
