Just a few things we wanted to share and remind you about.
- We have officially closed to regulars. All of the bookings we have currently will be to finalise any credits or holiday bookings that were made prior to the closure decision.
- Payments for all bookings still due by the first service date on the invoice. Please make sure to have them paid by the first service.
- If you do have credits and wish to use them or be refunded please get in contact asap to arrange this.
- Cancellations for overnight stays or full time stays within the month of the booking will also have a fee of 25% charged to your accounts. For these Tylah does have to take time off from her vet nursing job and her other clients and sadly cannot always replace the booking with another. Remaining credits will be placed on your account for future use.
- Cancellations for daily visits, dog walking and any of our other day services will also entail a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start time. (If the weather is the reason for cancellation or our walker/sitter is sick the fee will not be charged to your account). Remaining credits will be placed on your account for future use.
- if you do not have credits or any bookings in place with us going forward from the 1st of December your time to pet account will be closed and deactivated.
- we want to thank all our wonderful clients for all the support over the last 6 years and we couldn’t have gotten to where we are today without you!
