And that's a wrap!
We're not very good at keeping up to date with social media, but just wanted to give our deepest thanks to all our clients for making 2023 such an amazing year for us.
We have truly enjoyed making all your fur babies feel and look their best.
We're taking a short break but will be back from the 8/1 for all your pet grooming needs.
Have a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.

Hey Yamba. It's only October but spaces for grooming in November and December are starting to fill up already. If you want to get your fur baby looking there best before Christmas please try booking early to avoid disappointment.
Also how adorable was Gordon the Airedale who came to visit us last week.

Hi Yamba, we have thought long and hard about posting this but we think it is important for us to set the record straight about a completely false and horrible rumour about our business we've just found out is circulating around town.
Around a month ago we groomed a lovely little dog, everything went fine the dog and the owners left happy. A few days later this same dog fell ill and was taken to the vets. While at the vets one of the owners came and spoke to us and said they had no idea what was wrong with it.
Unfortunately after a few days of treatment, the sweet little dog didn't make it. A horrible situation and we feel terrible for the owners. Animals are our life and we truly do care about every customer that comes to us for grooming.
Fast forward to yesterday and one of our customers who has been regularly visiting us in the 2 and a half years we have been open came in and told us, that herself and many of her friends had been told that we had done something that had directly resulted in said dogs unfortunate death. Safe to say that we were absolutely horrified . We closed the shop early as we were too upset to finish up the day. First thing this morning we went straight to the vets who treated the dog whilst ill. The vets have assured us that we had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with this dogs unfortunate passing. The vets have explained this as well to the owners. Furthermore the vets also informed us of multiple people calling them to ask about this rumour, which the vets have told them there is absolutely no truth to and they would and do, trust us with their own pets.
We really do feel bad for the owners and understand how hard it can be to lose a pet that is part of the family. We understand that sometimes when people grieve they can look for someone to blame, but we treated this dog with the same care, compassion, professionalism and love that we do every animal that comes to us for grooming.
We want to thank the community for their continued support and encouragement, to enable us to continue caring for your pets for years to come.

*Update * After speaking to Council we have been given the go ahead to to continue grooming in at our regular hours as long as we are water wise. Thank you everyone for your kind words. :)

Hi Yamba. Once again the the universe has thrown us a curve ball... Clarence Valley council has (with no warning) implemented stage 4 water restrictions in our area.
This means that we are no longer aloud to wash dogs between the hours of 9am and 4pm (our business hours😒)
Don't worry we're not giving up, but this does mean we are going to have to alter our hours of operation. Going forward we will be taking dogs in blocks from 7am till 8:45am and then reopening again at 3pm and working through until around 7pm.
If you are one of the many people that already have an appointment booked with us with we will try and get in contact with you over the next couple days to try and find you a suitable time in our new hours.
Sorry for any inconvenience this causes and hopefully it doesn't continue for to long.
