Heartbroken to have lost a puppy that came in yesterday with parvovirus, which is the first we have seen in some time and hopefully not the start of a run. PLEASE... vaccinate your pets !! 💔

Good morning
I hope you all had a great new year.

Following my post from last week i have had to make some changes for my own health and to make sure I can continue doing what I love for many more years to come.
One of those changes is running mobile , I struggle running mobile and unfortunately my arm cant handle it , by the end of the day I seem to be in a bit pain. To give my arm the rest and treatment its needs I have to cut down mobile to two days a fortnight which will be Friday and Saturday.
I have a few clients that can not travel and dogs that are at there stage in their life where it wouldn’t be in there best interest to travel to me so for those clients you will automatically be on mobile.

I will be running from home more this year , I do understand that this may not suit everyone and I do have groomers and dog wash business that can help you and I will always be here for you if you have any concerns.
If coming to me ( I am based in yanchep ) isn’t something you can do please get in touch.
For many of you my only contact is through Facebook and I don’t have contact information which I will be updating all info when I see you to make sure I have all the correct information.
I will be in the office over the next few days sorting through the diary and organising the change.

I will be posting the 2024 price list , there will a few changes and a $5 increase on some services

I open back up on the 15th Jan ready to start the new year.

Good morning everyone
New Year’s Eve already , what a big year we all had , be safe tonight and remember the fire works and keeping our dogs in a safe and secure place.

As most of you are aware I struggled towards Xmas with my arm ( mainly my wrist ) with RSI , I will be resting it and having treatment in the holidays but I have been warned I need to slow down and look after my arm. There will be some slight changes in the new year and unfortunately one of those changes will be mobile. I had to make the decision to cut down even further to two days a fortnight, these spots will be reserved for dogs that can not travel due to age , severe anxiety, owners that can not drive, I understand that this will be a big change and won’t suit everyone so I do have back up groomers and dog wash businesses available if this would suit you better, it was certainly a tough decision to make but I think the lead up to Xmas I pushed my self a little to hard and have now realised that I need to look after myself.
We will be running from home more in the new year.
My hours will slightly change as believe it or not Thea starts kindy in the new year , she super excited, she is most definitely ready to start school.
I will be posting in more details and 2024 price list in the coming days.

Good evening all
I finally have our internet back up and running , that was fun having no tv , kids used all my data on my phone but the box has been replaced and is all sorted

Xmas is not to far away , all my regulars that I see on a 2, 4 , 6, 8 weekly schedule have all been pre booked for Xmas .
For those who txd when your dogs are ready for a groom please get in touch asap if you want them done before Xmas, I haven’t got much room left.

Good evening all,
I have had a beautiful boy come in for foster view to adopt.
Meet my boy trigger , now I have personally known trigger for most of his life, I know exactly how this boy is and he is just the best , no fault of his own and certainly a hard decision made from the family that trigger is looking for a home.
Please read description on trigger and if you feel he will fit your family perfectly let me know and after a chat we can do a trial with trigger. Please know you will have my full support and the transition and settling trigger into your home.

Age - 8 years
Trigger is well behaved , loyal dog with so much love to give, he is a high energy boy loves his walks and loves his ball.
Trigger has always lived with another dog but IS NOT suited with cats ( he doesn’t like them very much ) suited for a family with older children, kids who would love to play , throw ball and play a little soccer . Trigger walks well on lead but can be lead reactive with other animals , trigger is better of lead and listens well, he sleeps inside and loves his cuddles.
Trigger is fully toilet trained and does not dig or destroy the yard.

I personally know trigger and he is an amazing boy , I see him on a regular basis for his grooming and he is one of kind. So much love and so loyal. If you feel this boy could fit your family leave a comment below.

Oh my , look what arrived today. Very excited
Hoping the new swivel scissor will help my wrist, they are designed for groomers with RSI , they help keep your wrist and thumb in a natural position, fingers crossed they release some pressure.

Unfortunately my new phone doesn’t want to play today and has decided to shut down and not work at all.

Good morning everyone
I have an important post.
Due to a few different reason I am going to have to slow down running mobile one of which is I am struggling with an injury on my right wrist which is causing a bit of pain, I have a amazing physio which I am working with to improve and reduce the pain. I will have to slow down a little to give my right wrist and shoulder time to heal.
We do have a roster change happening as of next week which also means I don’t have a anyone to watch the kids or help with school pick up’s, after school activities etc. This has come completely unexpected.
I understand that this may cause a little stress but please know that you all mean so much to me and I will do my absolute best to help you all.

I will run mobile but only 3 - 4 days a fortnight , my dogs that can’t travel due to age and injury , my elderly clients that can’t travel will stay on mobile.
I will be running from home based in yanchep.

Over the next two day ( Monday and Tuesday ) I will be on the computer sorting out as much as I can . If you are happy to come to the home salon based in yanchep please let me know and again I will do what I can to insure my dogs are looked after.

This decision has been a difficult one to make, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Just checking in, I hope everyone is ok after our wild storm last night and our animals are all ok.
I know a few of my dogs don’t cope with storms so I hope they have settles down now and back to there usual cheeky self.
Two out of three of my dogs where ok , our poor old girl Ziggy was a little stressed but nothing a good cuddle didn’t fix.

Well I took today off to wind down and found myself grooming Eddy our little puppy , his come along way from his little tantrums he used to have 😂😂

I decided that I will give competing ago I have been thinking about this for a while so been practising on Eddy and working on my scissor work , I will have some new scissors hopefully arriving soon lol any excuse really 😂😂
I unfortunately missed the grooming comps last weekend but the next one I will check out and see what it’s all about.

I’m sure Eddy will be ready and fully trained to behave on the table before then

I hope we are all doing well.
We have some great news but first I do want to thank everyone for their patience with me responding to messages over the weekend unfortunately I do have a very sick teenager at home that has gone through multiple test so my focus has been on Micky so I do apologise and Thankyou all for your patience.

The great news is my Everest is now back in action
and ready to tow the float once again. I must say I take my hat of to people that have families and only one car , you guys rock because that was the hardest thing to manage, we are grateful that we could borrow a car when we needed one but it’s never the same with out your own car.
It has been tough over the last few months and you guys certainly took a lot of stress away from me with multiple app changes and me trying to navigate everything so thank you so so much for your patience and really helping me still run the business the best I could with one car.

Splinter is amazing , his owners keep him so well maintained. His first big clip today leaving the lions mane , legs a bit longer then body. 2 hours to complete him from start to finish and he was an absolute champ ❤️❤️❤️
