Zaya's Farms is a family owned farm founded by Nigel Johnson in the 1970's. Nigel had a love for agriculture and kept both farm animals and a vegetable garden. Due to the fact that the farm was in a water zone area he chose to be an organic farmer instead of using pesticides, which could enter the water table. In 2015 his children decided to fully enter the business with him and Zaya's Farm became an official company in 2016.
