Quick story time!
So Facebook decided to pop up this memory today, November 2nd 2010, this was one of the very first clients I ever had after getting back from the dog grooming academy, I was grooming this precious girl a yellow lab ( my fav breed) named Star ⭐️❤️ this photo was taken on one of my grooming visit where I would go house to house by my self, no team, no uniform, just love for dogs and a dream, and after this photo star passed away, due to a company leaving poison behind that she got into, anyways I loved star like she was my own! Moving on to today, I haven’t visited her family in yearssss and they reached out this year to make a booking and it just happened that their booking was made on the same exact date of the last time I visited them to groom star! It popped up on my phone just before I arrived by them! I found this to be so 🤯🤯, now they have two new family members Titan and Simba lovely guys very sweet dogs. So I had to add to the memories. 😁 ⭐️Star girl I still miss you baba ❤️ she would just jump in my van when ever I pulled up and open my door to take out my tools. Will always have those memories with her and her family will always hold a special place in my heart!

Throw back story time.
First dog I ever Rescued myself, I knew the owner of this dog, he lived opposite my house, I talked to him about his dog numerous times, I use to go feed the dog and give it water, his name was Carlos at the time, Carlos was tied onto a brick by a extremely short rope that use to choke him, no water, no food, no shelter he had a broken tail that wasn’t being treated he was depressed and starving and I could no longer bare to see him this way, back then no one really cared much for dogs, I took it on myself to take him from this hell he was living In and I asked Dom aka my super hero that’s no longer with us, to help me help this dog, at that point I didn’t care what his “owner “ would do to me I pull up with my van a day when his so called owner and animal abuser wasn’t home and I took him! Yeah you heard it right I took Carlos, his owner was known for abusing dogs, I spoke to animal control the first couple time and they had banned him from owner dogs, because of his history of dogs starving to death in his care, so I really didnt care for how he would react, I took Carlos and with Doms help we put him in a kind of dog witness protection ha! It’s crazy looking back up this now but a memory reminder in my phone popped up today, anyway i hid Carlos from his abuser, i took him to the vet and got him sorted out then i dropped him off to a foster home who took cared of him and rehomed him, my heart was no longer broken seeing him suffer every day, Carlos found a happy, loving home and lived his best life! The abuser then contacted me and threatened my life and I told him off and never spoke to him after that! He was a horrible man! But I did what needed to be done and what was best for Carlos.
