Requirements:
- APSCA CSCA Level
- Training/ Trade Course: Lead Auditor Course (5 Days) for ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 are must.
- SA8000, SLCP will add more value.
- Should have min 5 years of job experience in any reputed organization.
- Lead Auditor/relevant 2-3 years of job experience in any reputed certification body.
- English proficiency, must be fluent in English.

Task and Responsibilities:
- Realizing planned audits.
- Carrying out audits.
- Reporting audit results.
- Assistance with handling of claims & appeals.
- Maintaining good relations with the clients.
- Maintaining contact with the certifier regularly.
- Keeping abreast of developments, issues, and legislative changes about the sectors in which audits are carried out.
- Extensive travel (up to 15-20 days in a month) throughout Bangladesh and abroad.

Forest Stewardship Council confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers while ensuring it sustains economic viability. FSC TM-certified forests are managed to strict environmental, social, and economic standards.

(Program_for_the_Endorsement_of_Forest_Certification)

The PEFC certificate was created as a response to the need to track the flow of certified forest-based materials "from forest to home". The purpose of PEFC Supply Chain Certification is to enable the verification of the origin of wood at every stage of its processing and flow.

Manufacturers and suppliers who want to guarantee their timber products originate from a certified forest, and who want to pass this guarantee onto the end user, need to provide proof of the origin. This is accomplished by way of Chain of Custody (CoC) certification.

Control Union Certifications (CUC) is an independent certification body that carries out inspections, audits, verifications and awards certificates for the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC TM) and the PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes).

Clarifications on the acceptance by regenagri of materials certified under other certification programs.

We are thrilled to see how the regenagri certification keeps expanding globally across food and textiles, as farms and supply chain organisations keep joining the respective certifications programs.

The regenagri program was launched in 2020. Since its initial launch, approximately 1million Ha of land and more than 300 supply chain organisations have been regenagri certified.

Recently we have been receiving a growing number of inquiries from brands and textiles manufacturers about the acceptance by Regenagri C.i.C. of other certification programs. Some of these inquiries were also reporting inaccurate information received from the market.

We take this opportunity to clarify that:

👉 Currently there are no equivalency agreements between Regenagri C.i.C. and other certification programs.

👉Input materials that are certified under other programs are not accepted as regenagri certified content.

👉 The regenagri certification of a farm (or group of farms) that is also certified under another program does not imply that other farms (or group of farms) certified under that other program are also regenagri certified. A regenagri audit is a prerequisite for the regenagri certification.

👉Regenagri certifications are carried out by Control Union. Control Union (or any of its affiliates companies) are not shareholders of Regenagri C.i.C.

The regenagri Carbon Program is tailored to the agricultural sector and allows farmers, project developers, and reforestation institutions to get compensated for their efforts to avoid/remove GHG emissions.

What is it?

The regenagri Carbon Program gives the opportunity to obtain regenagri carbon credits to support a transition to regenerative agriculture. Based on robust standards, the methodology allows participants to verify that the proposed project is real, additional, permanent, measurable, & independently verifiable.

How?

Regenagri carbon credits are issued at the validation stage and/or at every verification by the Validation and Verification Body. The frequency of the verifications is set by the project developer.

What is The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC):

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) fisheries and MSC Chain of Custody (CoC) standards help companies and organizations to promote and identify wild-caught fish as sustainable and well-managed. The MSC certification process covers fish caught from ‘vessel to plate’ and across the whole supply chain.

The Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) principles and criteria for sustainable fishing were developed in 1999 as a method for promoting sustainable fisheries. The MSC standard applies to wild-capture fisheries only – whatever their size, type, or location. The MSC’s standard for determining environmentally sustainable, well-managed fisheries centers around three main principles: the condition of the fish stock, the fisheries impact on the surrounding ecosystem, and the effectiveness and performance of the fishery's management system. To ensure that a fishery's products are sold correctly from boat to plate, the scheme is also supported by the MSC Chain of Custody (CoC) standard. This provides rules for the purchase, processing, and sale of certified products.

The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) aims to ensure that down and feathers come from animals that have not been subjected to any unnecessary harm. It is our hope that the standard can be used to reward and influence the down and feather industry to incentivize practices that respect the humane treatment of ducks and geese.Responsible Animal Fiber (RAF) is a framework used by Textile Exchange to cover standards which address animal fibers.

Currently the RAF includes wool (Responsible Wool Standard) and mohair (Responsible Mohair Standard) Alpaca (Responsible Alpaca Standard). These Certificates requires all sites to be certified, beginning with the farmers and through to the seller in the final business-to-business transaction. Usually, the last stage to be certified is the garment manufacturer or brand.
