If you start spinning, don’t pull on the nose, work on moving the shoulders lateral away from your outside rein pressure and leg pressure.
Don’t forget to keep your inside leg away from that inside shoulder by pulling your inside leg straight down on the stirrups a little and pointing your toe to the outside and backwards, keeping your outside leg free to move when necessary…. Take it easy step by step. Reward your horse by releasing pressure when your horse is responding good …

If I ask my horse to stop from a walk, jog or even a lope and I feel he’s stiffening up in the front I will immediately ask his head to one side and back him up in a circle to the other side ( meaning head left circle to the right, head right circle left. Remember to keep his ears in the same straight off the head, don’t let them turn to the outside or inside) This will make the horse think to better get his body weight on his hind and keeping the front light and moving…
If you do this a few times the horse will start thinking back up light in front if you asking him to stop..
Keep doing this will get their tail in the ground and keep their front light and moving free…

“Seg Patrick kunnen jullie geen feestje organiseren ranch style BBQ enzo 🤠?
Toen Sonia en Dirk met deze vraag langs kwamen is er geen seconde getwijfeld! “NATUURLIJK kunnen wij dat!” En wat hebben wij er van genoten dit te mogen doen! Het was een ranch style feestje met enkele heerlijke appetizers🍗, BBQ meats en koud buffet voor +/- 35 ( maar voor meer was er zeker plaats 😜)

🍾Heb jij ook zin in zo een feestje🍾? Of misschien een teambuilding, product launch, presentatie, trouw?

Beside knowing that the ChuckWagon brings them good comfort food, two other very important item to keep the cowboys in shape are a cowboys tippi and his bedroll.
Good food, safe dry sleeping place and a warm dry sleeping bag is all a cowboy need to be fit enough to get his job on the ranch done…
